Gospel-centered churches are defined as those that (1) believe the gospel determines how they follow Jesus, (2) are willing to sacrifice all to follow Jesus, and (3) live out their faith through actions. They see their mission as making disciples, embrace the kingdom of heaven as their true citizenship, and depend on the Holy Spirit to work through them.

4. Gospel-Centered Churches Embrace the Kingdom of Heaven as our TRUE citizenship; Phil. 3:20 Act with humility, justice & mercy toward “the least of these;” Matt. 25:31-46; I John 3:18-19 Depends solely on the power of the Holy Spirit to work within and through us; 2 Cor. 3:6; Gal 5:16-23; Ephesians 6:18

Gospel-Centered Churches reproduce disciples, leaders, groups, ministries, churches & movements; Jesus said, “ Open your eyes & look at the fields, for they are ready for harvest; ” John 4:34ff It’s not as much about weekend services as it is about planting, watering, & cultivating the “seed of the gospel;

6. So What Should I Do Test your spiritual DNA! Ask God to help you to see the fields around you where HE is already working! Ask God to help you do YOUR part in this agricultural process called “evangelism!” Claim the harvest!
