Raj, Puneet,
I wanted to pass along some feedback on how key Pankaj has been to helping realign gsCIO this year. Since joining
the project, he has shown incredible dedication to moving the project forward and addressing some of the issues
that had developed prior to his arrival. He’s had a great positive impact in streamlining the requirements
identification and development process, and has proactively identified several areas of inefficiency and proposed
solutions to address going forward while avoiding any sense of pointing fingers or assigning blame. I’ve found him
to be a strong and capable partner, always willing to help out and has gone above and beyond to address any
problems that have come up, while maintaining a positive approach and not getting sidetracked by other agendas.
Just wanted to make sure his role and contributions to the project were recognized.
