What is it?
➢Biking is fun, convenient, and easy way to get around small geographical areas, and campus is
perfect place for bike-share.
➢We plan to provide opportunities for a healthy lifestyle by reducing parking demand on campus.
➢Commute? Lets make it easier for students to use further out Lots.
How?
➢Installing structured space cost $20,000-$40,000, and additional parking is not realistic.
➢Lets us work with Student Affairs, President Provost’s Office, Parking Services and Transportation,
and Terre Haute to provide Bike Share!

4. Service 2: SycDeals For Students
What is it?
➢Students are uninformed about student discounts around Terre Haute
➢Lets bring you savings from many local businesses
➢We want to provide an App like GoTrees, ISU Mobile, for students to receive local discounts and
view local discounts offered to them
How?
➢We plan to collaborate with local businesses and the university to provide student deals
➢Lets us work on your behave, as Terre Haute native, Sammy Velazquez can do some sweet talking to
provide students some local deals

5. Service 3: iClickers For Students
What is it?
➢Freshmen or not, we know money is hard to come by. Every student has had to buy or rent iClickers
before
➢Let us create a iClicker rental program for taxpaying students at ISU
➢Students with a valid student ID can rent out iClickers per semester FREE
How?
➢Provide a supply of iClickers to students on first come first serve basis
➢Rent them out free for the beginning of each semester. At the end of the semester, simply return it

What is it?
➢Many students know a friend that plays a sport at Indiana State
➢Developing additional opportunities for students to attend home games
➢Additional way to increase student body support

➢Utilize our financing to provide travel opportunities for students
➢Create a registration program for students to sign up to attend away games

7. Restoring SGA: Innovative Communication
What is it?
➢As Student Government our main goal is to help students, but how can we help you with out the right tools
➢Let us develop a Student Government website, and provide more efficient ways for students to
communicate to us
➢Improve advocating for sporting events, food policies, building hours, student recognition, internet
connection, residential life, campus improvements, philanthropic involvement, etc.
How?

8. Restoring SGA: Student Engagement
What is it?
➢Indiana State offers intramurals, organizations, services, clothes, career development, and many
additional resources
➢We want to improve student engagement on campus among undergraduates
➢Innovating the way we communicate, and providing services we mentioned will all effect student
engagement tremendously

➢Rebrand campus resources by allowing students to be informed on how to use campus resources

9. Restoring SGA: Cheaper Books
What is it?
➢At ISU average student can spend up to $500 every semester on books. We want to partner with
Student Affairs to renegotiate book store contracts to give students more equity deals.
➢We plan on working with ISU library to develop their free book rental program
➢We also want to provide students free-textbooks!
How?
➢We will reach out to alumni and donors to get grants for textbooks to provide you with at least one
free-textbook every semester.
