                                   is meant for an emergency but we have been drawing it for our
                                   daily use. The reckless use of ground water can deplete our
                                   water resources dangerously. Storing rain water can prevent
                                   such a calamity, says Mr. A. R. Shivakumar, Senior Fellow,
