GM redesigned its GM BuyPower website based on consumer feedback that they felt overwhelmed by the large amount of information available online. Consumers wanted a more seamless transition from online research to interacting with dealers. The new site is easier to navigate and incorporates the role of a GM BuyPower manager at participating dealerships who is trained to assist consumers through the entire car buying process, both online and offline. The GM BuyPower manager aims to provide better customer service and integrate the online and in-person experiences.
