Preheating
We place the equipment in an oven that heats the equipment and allows

Dry Vacuuming

Filling

GVP's manually operated Needle Valves are suited for admitting defined, clearly reproducible
gas streams into a vacuum chamber. Needle Valve consists of a Brass housing a regulating
needle of stainless steel and a valve seat made of Brass. In closed position, the needle is passed
against the conical valve seat by a pressing spring. The needle moves in the axial direction. It is

ceramic insulation offer greater mechanical stability and temperature resistance than glass. In

suitable for high voltage. This is why ceramic feed through are superior to glass feed through for

Preheating
We place the equipment in an oven that heats the equipment and
