This document outlines the compensation plan for a multi-level marketing company called Global Verge Condensed. It describes a 3x9 matrix pay structure where commissions are earned from retail sales, package fees, and levels of distributors in one's downline network. Retail Commissions: Difference between cost of goods sold and the retail sales
Up-line commissions: are based on wholesale price minus the cost of goods sold.
Matrix: 3x9 flex pay plan: This is a “forced” Matrix by placement under first available location
under sponsor with Vertical & Horizontal Compression, including Smart Placement Technology.
Packages:
Introductory Package: ($14.95): $3.00 goes to seller; $2.00 to seller’s enroller
Basic Package: ($39.95): pays out: $9.00 to Matrix: $3.00 to GV bonus pools; $4.50 to Matching
Bonuses; Total of $16.50
Professional Package: ($99.95): pays out: $24.00 to Matrix; $7.50 to GV bonus pools; $12.00 to
Matching Bonus; Total of $43.50
Matrix Commission: “Intro Level is not eligible for matrix commissions” to get paid in the Matrix
you must have 1 active Basic or Professional personal, 1 active pays 3 levels, 2 active pays 6 levels, 3
active pays 9. Three active personals, Congratulations you are a Gold. Basic Package Earns $1.00
per level, 1 through 9 levels. Professional Package Earns $2.00 per level, 1 through 5, $3.00 per
level, 6 and 7 and $4.00 per level, 8 and 9. (All amounts are based on Professional e-associates in
your down line. Basic e-associates will be paid $1.00)
Matrix Pools:
Diamond pays 1 pool: 12 active Personals or develop 3 Golds
Double Diamond pays 2 pools: 20 active Personals or develop 2 Diamonds
Triple Diamond pays all 3 pools: 25 active Personals or develop 2 double Diamonds
Matching Bonuses:
Matching bonuses are based on the monthly money received by your personally sponsored
distributors from their Matrix payout. You can earn the following matching bonus when you
achieve these levels. Diamond 15% of their payout, Double Diamond 30% of their payout, Triple
Diamond 50% of their payout.

2. Commissions Product Sales: Up-line commissions are based on wholesale price minus the cost
of goods sold, these commissions are divided as follows:
Product Up-line Commissions First 50%:
1. 10% goes to top Diamond levels and above who also have sales in that product category.
Top 20 producers in each product category qualify.
2. 40% goes into the Matrix, paid up-line evenly 9 levels by Matrix placement
Product Up-line Commissions Second 50%: The second 50% is split into Product Coded Bonus.
30% to the Enroller.
25% to the first qualified up-line Diamond.
25% to the first qualified up-line Double Diamond.
20% to the first qualified Triple Diamond.
Up-line genealogy is permanently coded upon sign up.
