This document outlines the schedule and activities for a Global Service Jam event taking place in the South West region over a weekend. On Friday evening, participants will meet to be introduced to the event themes and challenges. On Saturday, they will work to understand the nature of the challenge in more depth, conduct community research, develop ideas to address the problem, and begin prototyping solutions. Sunday involves further prototyping and documentation before concluding the event. The schedule includes presentations, group activities, meals and breaks to guide participants through the service design process.
