position with your organization.
Glenn worked for me at J&B Software, Inc. in Blue Bell, PA. Glenn was assigned as a
Project Manager implementing payment processing software applications. All of this
software was based on Microsoft Windows/NT technology including the network. Glenn
was responsible for overseeing the implementation of several customer implementations.
This required a technical background and understanding of a Windows/NT based
application, in addition to the J&B Software application. The Project Manager position is
the primary point of contact with the customer during the implementation phases. This
requires that the project schedule be setup and communicated appropriately and any
issues be addressed.
I found Glenn to be thorough in is work and with the appropriate level of technical
expertise to identify and resolve project issues. Glenn is also organized and is able to
communicate features/functionality to the customer.
