Field Service Leader – (Report directly to the Regional Field Leader):
Manage the performance of services to clients as agreed upon in the contract and ensure the
Service Levels are achieved for approximately 10,000 customers for the U.S. Navy NMCI Intranet,
NMCI/NGEN network. Direct Supervisor Leading a team of personnel with the ongoing support
of the U.S. Navy (NMCI) technologies at the Corpus Christi/Fort Worth Site Group. Manage a staff
of 11 in all aspects of the project to include Information Assurance (IA), Infrastructure Teams,
Business/Billing Analyst, Field Service Technicians (FST), Queue Manager (QM), and Server Farm
Coordinator (SFOC). Responsible for career development and appraisals for all site personnel.
Manage the site’s IT service Delivery team, taking responsibility for service desk, desktop support
and Infrastructure support. Ensure quality and profitable services are performed within the
agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Monitor systems, processes and methodologies to
ensure effectiveness of controls and support of service delivery. Provide reports within specified
timelines and schedules to include management and account performance reports.
Conduct and attend client service review meetings to include a weekly phone conference with
all Customer Technical Representatives (CTR) as well as individual site visits discussing
performance, service improvements and that a quality product is being delivered. Directly
responsible for the financial budget.
Key in maintaining sixty naval commands operations in the (NMCI) Navy and Marine Corps
Intranet environment.
Responsible for delivery of all customer facing equipment. Computers, Printers, Scanners, Mobile
Devices and BAN/LAN Equipment
Manage 11 employees, subcontractors, Partners, and additional incoming delivery and
deployment teams.

Server Farm Onsite Coordinator – (Report directly to the (NMCI) Navy and Marine Corps
Intranet Site Manager):
Key in maintaining sixty naval commands operations throughout the state of Texas in the (NMCI)
Navy and Marine Corps Intranet.
Responsible for maintaining Legacy infrastructure for the larger local commands.
Technical Lead for the Corpus Christi Site group serving 3,300 computers and 10,000 users.
Key in establishing processes and procedures at the Base Operations level that have achieved
some of the highest Customer Satisfaction Levels in the (NMCI) Navy and Marine Corps Intranet
Enterprise.

Advanced Customer Service Representative (report directly to (NMCI) Navy and Marine Corps
Intranet Site Manager):
Key in preparing thirty-four commands for their transition to the (NMCI) Navy and Marine Corps
Intranet. Assist a variety of organizations in defining their IT requirements, identifying potential
solutions and specifying the type of Service Level Agreements available to them. Coordinate the
accumulation of technical data from the various site tenants in order to facilitate planning for the
new infrastructure.
Responsible for maintaining the current legacy infrastructure for the larger local commands
pending their cutover to (NMCI) Navy and Marine Corps Intranet.
Designed, implemented, integrated and monitored microcomputer peer-to-peer network.
Implemented network connection and conducted preliminary training on access methods.
Administer all aspects of an Information System within the lifelines of thirty four sites based upon
an extensive understanding of the information pathways external to the lifeline of these activities.
Manage System Life Cycle and Automated Information System (AIS) security implementation.
Monitor and improve network performance. Maintain and operate network diagnostic devices.
Implement and administer the enterprise wide application of Microsoft Exchange. This consisted
of 70 Internet Mail Servers covering the Southern United States and providing top-level email
support to over 25,000 users. Integration, implementation and administration of enterprise wide
applications and Windows NT file servers. Manage over 24 domains and provide the technical
leadership and assisting regional facilities with new deployments and reconfigurations.
