Wagman completed a $540,000 contract to renovate Glatfelter Hall at Gettysburg College. The renovation involved underpinning the existing stone foundation that was 2-3 feet thick. Over 300 cubic yards of concrete were placed into 304 underpinning pits, each around 3 feet wide, high, and deep, to transfer the building's load to the new foundations. The underpinning work was performed between July and October 2013 and received an award for historical restoration.
