At the Great House, weddings can be as traditional or as informal as you wish. Celebrate your big day with the ceremony in the Orangery or just having the reception and an
evening gathering in our smaller private room, the Barn. We are happy to discuss all options and requirements for your big day with you.

CEREMONY

The Orangery is licensed for civil ceremonies, for civil partnership, baby naming ceremony and renewal of vows. The Orangery overlooks the beautiful, landscaped
gardens and opens out on to the extensive Mediterranean style stone terrace. Should you wish to have your ceremony with us, we will arrange this for you via the Tunbridge
                         We do charge a fixed fee of £200 for the use of our Orangery, based on a minimum number of 30 guests. Terms & conditions apply.

WEDDING BREAKFAST AND CELEBRATION

Once again, we aim to be flexible with your requirements, from the reception drink following your marriage, followed by a lavish wedding breakfast with cut of the cake and
evening reception, maybe a more intimate celebration amongst friends or an evening buffet, the team at the Great House will make sure your requirements are prepared with
care from the moment you contact us to the event itself. We do not require minimum numbers for wedding breakfast.

Deposits

In order to confirm your booking, we do require a deposit of £10 per person for all parties above 15 guests. Deposits are non-refundable.
Cheq

Pre orders deadline
All food pre orders for parties are required 10 days in advance. We do recommend we do have a list of individual names with pre orders on the night.

Cancellations
A cancellation fee might apply, should numbers of guests drop on the day. This will be at the General Manager discretion on the day.
Should numbers drop significantly from the number given at initial enquiry, we do reserve the right to move your party to more suitable areas in the restaurant.

Timings
Should the party arrive after the time of reservation, we reserve the right to serve at a suitable time

Gratuities
We do not add service charge on our bills as we leave this part to your discretion on the day
