Each license will have it's own individual requirements, but the overall idea with this is you get to resell the products to your visitors / list for a specific price and keep the proceeds. Master Resell Rights - This gives the Resell Rights, AND also allows you to sell or giveaway the right for your customers to sell the product as well. PLR Rights - Private Label Rights as it is known. As well as having the rights to resell and the rights to sell the resell rights. This allows you to do the most other things such as; renaming the product, putting your name as the author, re-branding the product, editing the product, and often the ability to GIVEAWAY the product to build your list. It is the closest thing to having your own product without actually creating it.
