This document summarizes a case study of the Georgia cafeteria located on the IIT Roorkee campus. The case study examines the layout and design of the cafeteria, including exterior photos, floor plans of the kitchen and sitting areas, and seating arrangement photos. Both positive and negative points are noted about the cafeteria. Positives include large circulation space, a relaxing atmosphere from plants, and proximity to other campus areas. Negatives include a lack of covered pathways between the food counter and sitting areas during rain, a congested kitchen space, and a large distance between the counter and sitting areas.
