Un accord relatif à la désignation de l'OPCA, la contribution conventionnelle et au compte personnel de formation a été signé le 7 décembre 2016 dans la CCN de l'enseignement privé indépendant.
L'accord désigne Actalians en qualité d'OPCA de la branche.
Une contribution conventionnelle de formation d'un montant de 0,30% de la masse salariale brute annuelle (à l'exception des entreprises dont le siège est dans un DOM-CROM) est versée à l'OPCA désigné.
En outre, toutes les entreprises de la branche de moins de 11 salariés et les entreprises de 11 salariés et plus de l'enseignement pré-primaire, primaire, secondaire général et de l'enseignement à distance versent une contribution conventionnelle de formation d'un montant de 0,10% de la masse salariale brute annuelle (à l'exception des entreprises dont le siège est dans un DOM-CROM) à l'OPCA désigné.
L'accord précise qu'en cas de pluriactivité susceptible de justifier l’application de l’un ou l’autre des taux, les entreprises visées relèveront du seul taux correspondant à leur activité principale, déterminée d’après le chiffre d’affaires réalisé dans chacun des enseignements concernés.
Enfin, l'accord annonce la création d'un compte personnel de formation et ses diverses modalités.
L'accord est conclu pour une durée déterminée de 2 ans à compter du 1er janvier 2017 jusqu'au 31 décembre 2018.
L'organisation d'employeurs signataires de l'accord est la FNEP.
Les syndicats de salariés signataires sont la SNEPL-CFTC, le SNPEFP-CGT, la FEP-CFDT, le SYNEP/CFE-CGC et le FNEC-FP-FO.
