6. 1) Airtable Api Configuration
●
- Go to Settings => General Settings
●
- Configure API URL, API Key, and API Version
of Airtable.

8. 2) Airtable Tables
●
- Go to Settings => General Settings
●
- Enable "Google Drive" Boolean and then click on "Get
Authorization Code" to get authorization code.
●
- Copy the authorization code which is generated and set it in
"Authorization Code".
* Note : Google Drive Attachments will be deleted
automatically once it is uploaded to airtable.

be synced(updated) to airtable(Projects).

- Enable "Import Attachment" boolean if you want to map the
airtable attachment field with odoo object attachments. It will
export,import and sync all the attachments from odoo to
airtable and airtable to odoo respectively.

- "Airtable Attachment Label" - Set the airtable attachment
field name that you want to map with odoo record
attachments.

- Go to Airtable => Log Details => Mismatch Details
●
- It is used to store the issues which is occured during the process of
import,export, sync operation.
●
Mismatch Details Fields:
●
- "Operation Type" - It represents the issue occured from which
operation "Airtable to Odoo" or "Odoo to Airtable".
●
- "Source" - It represents the odoo object from which the issue has
been occured.
●
- "Message" -It represents a small description for which reason the
issue has occured.
●
- For example:

42. 8) Odoo Clean Up
●
- Go to Airtable => Odoo Clean Up
●
- Select the "Airtable Tables" that you want to
clean up or delete i.e the odoo object records
which may does not exist or has been deleted
will be removed from "Airtable And Odoo
Record Track" records.

Odoo Relational Field - It is visible if "Odoo Field Type" is relational i.e is many2one or
many2many or one2many and airtable field type is in (char, text, selection, integer, float,
monetary). It is used to set the fields of many2one or many2many relational object fields.

Partner Mapping Field - It is visible only if the mapping is of Users (res.users). It is
used to map the res.users fields with res.partner fields.
