Built a team to implement a Financial Datamart for reporting and to supply data to SAP BPC,
also implemented by my team. Designed, developed, and implemented the data warehouse
architecture and designed the Business Objects XI universe for the Webi Reporting system.
Reviewed the current legacy JDE system and oversaw the development of advanced ETL
processes. Oversaw the ETL (SSIS) developers and the Business Objects report writers,
including outsourced personnel in India. Designed and implemented MDM, along with a
Version Control System and Knowledgebase for this solution using SharePoint Services.
Normalized and optimized schema for the Enterprise Financial Data Warehouse Architecture
and saw the entire project through to completion. This contract was initially for 4 months but I
was extended three times to oversee the "go live."

SQL 2005. I was required as a specialist in this area before their transition of all DBA functions
to IBM. Oversaw master data management transition. During this transition, I also documented
and reviewed all processes, created backup and disaster recovery plans for databases and servers
for Disney Corporate, their Consumer Products division, and ABC News network. Virtually all
