Some reward ideas include discounts for ordering special menu items, referrals, correct soccer prediction scores, and unique celebrations. The goal is to address issues like high costs and crowds by tracking customer visits and engagement, providing dynamic feedback, and making customers feel more connected through social features and custom music.
