Presentation by Jes Black on Nomad Talks on Mar 14, 2016 - CODINO - Community of Digital Nomads Barcelona
www.codino.co
Most startup entrepreneurs and digital nomads are quite confused by the rules and regulations and unsure if they can legally reduce or eliminate certain reporting requirements.
Integrating legal and tax strategy into your business plan from the beginning can save you a lot of time, money and hassle.
We will discuss the pros and cons of incorporation in various jurisdictions and compare the two heavyweights for nomads - Hong Kong vs. Panama. This is mission critical for startup ventures as well. We will follow with a “how-to” review of digital banking options, invoicing and accounting firms that can make your life a little bit easier (and tax compliant!).
Narrated Business Proposal for the Philadelphia Eaglescamrynascott12
Slide 1:
Welcome, and thank you for joining me today. We will explore a strategic proposal to enhance parking and traffic management at Lincoln Financial Field, aiming to improve the overall fan experience and operational efficiency. This comprehensive plan addresses existing challenges and leverages innovative solutions to create a smoother and more enjoyable experience for our fans.
Slide 2:
Picture this: It’s a crisp fall afternoon, driving towards Lincoln Financial Field. The atmosphere is electric—tailgaters grilling, fans in Eagles jerseys creating a sea of green and white. The air buzzes with camaraderie and anticipation. You park, join the throng, and make your way to your seat. The stadium roars as the Eagles take the field, sending chills down your spine. Each play is a thrilling dance of strategy and skill. This is what being an Eagles fan is all about—the joy, the pride, and the shared experience.
Slide 3:
But now, the day is marred by frustration. The excitement wanes as you struggle to find a parking spot. The congestion is overwhelming, and tempers flare. The delays mean you miss the pre-game excitement, the tailgate camaraderie, and even the opening kick-off. After the game, the joy of victory or the shared solace of defeat is overshadowed by the stress of navigating out of the parking lot. The gridlock, honking horns, and endless waiting drain the energy and joy from what should have been an unforgettable experience.
Our proposal aims to eliminate these frustrations, ensuring that from arrival to departure, your experience is extraordinary. Efficient parking and smooth traffic flow are key to maintaining the high spirits and excitement that make game days special.
Slide 4:
The Philadelphia Eagles are not just a premier NFL team; they are an integral part of the community, hosting games, concerts, and various events at Lincoln Financial Field. Our state-of-the-art stadium is designed to provide a world-class experience for every attendee. Whether it's the thrill of game day, the excitement of a live concert, or the camaraderie of community events, we pride ourselves on delivering a fan-first experience and maintaining operational excellence across all our activities. Our commitment to our fans and community is unwavering, and we continuously strive to enhance every aspect of their experience, ensuring they leave with unforgettable memories.
Slide 5:
Recent trends show an increasing demand for efficient event logistics. Our customer feedback has consistently highlighted frustrations with parking and traffic. Surveys indicate that a significant number of fans are dissatisfied with the current parking situation. Comparisons with other venues like Citizens Bank Park and Wells Fargo Center reveal that we lag in terms of parking efficiency and convenience. These insights underscore the urgent need for innovation to meet and exceed fan expectations.

HOUNDS SNAP LOSING STREAK IN NEW YORK
End Lizards’ bid for an undefeated season
HEMPSTEAD, NY (June 20, 2015) – The Charlotte Hounds on Saturday night came out on top of a back and forth battle to beat the previously undefeated New York
Lizards 13-12.While face-off specialist Greg Gurenlian and goalie Drew Adams dominated the game for the Lizards, the Hounds were able to capitalize on
opportunities to win the game. Hounds goalie Pierce Bassett saved shots at crucial points of the game, ending with 12 total saves. Coca-Cola Player of the Game
Joey Sankey scored two goals, adding up to 22 points in just four MLL appearances. Tommy Palasek and Matt Gibson each had three goals for the Lizards.
Gurenlian won the game’s opening faceoff, but the Lizards couldn’t capitalize. Meanwhile, on the Hounds’ first possession, Mike Chanenchuck scored with a shot on
the run to put the visitors up 1-0 in the first minute. Shortly after, John Haus assisted from top to bottom to Kevin Cunningham to put the Hounds up 2-0. Gurenlian
continued to control the face off, going four-for-four to help Gibson answer back with two goals, and one each for Palasek and Hakeem Lecky. It marked the first
career goal for Lecky, who was given the opportunity to contribute as Paul Rabil sat out with an injury. Sankey finally found Terry Kimener from behind the crease in
the 10th minute, leaving the Lizards up by one at the end of the first.
The Hounds were unable to connect until 3:39 into the second quarter, when Bassett made a save and sent it to defender Michael Ehrhardt, who riffled a two pointer
to put the Hounds up by one. Sankey added another with a shovel shot around the crease. Rob Pannell scored one for the lizards, but Jake Tripuka responded
despite a hold by the Lizards, keeping the Hounds up by two. Gibson and Palasek scored again within the final two minutes to leave the game tied up at the half, 7-7.
In the third quarter, Mike Stone came out strong for the Lizards with a fast break goal, putting the home team back in the lead. But the Hounds put together a three
goal streak,J. Haus with two and Cunningham with one, making the score 10-8 with 6:40 to play in the third. Pannell, Ned Crotty and Palasek answered with their
own three goal streak, putting the Lizards up by one at the end of the quarter.
Stone opened the final quarter with another goal to continue the Lizards’ streak two. But Hounds rookie Will Haus scored his first MLL career goal, off of a pick by
Ehrhardt, to make the score 12-11 Lizards. Sankey scored another slide to the ground goal to tie it up with just under five minutes remaining. Cunningham finished
off the win and earned a hat trick with 3:16 left in the game. Ehrhardt made a smart play in the last 20 seconds after a holding penalty on the Hounds by not picking
up the ball, killing some of the clock and solidifying the Hounds win.
This marks just the second victory for the Hounds this season, both of which have come on the road. The team had lost six straight coming into the rematch with the
New York. The Lizards, who were wearing pink jerseys for breast cancer awareness, got handed their first loss and move to 8-1 on the season, though they remain in
first place in the MLL standings.
The Hounds (2-7) host the Denver Outlaws next Saturday,June 27, in Charlotte at American Legion Memorial Stadium. The Hounds’ 2nd Annual Zero-K event
benefitting the Isabella Santos Foundation will take place before the game. Faceoff is scheduled for 7:00pm.

TWENTYTWO POINTS AND A BOCKLET BROTHER TRIO MAKE HISTORY IN OUTLAWS OVERTIME SHOOTOUT
DENVER, CO — The Denver Outlaws scored a 22-21 overtime victory over the Rochester Rattlers on a beautiful Saturday evening in front of 6,000 plus
fans during the Grateful Dead Showdown at Sports Authority Field at Mile High. The 22 goals scored were the most for the Outlaws in 2015 and the
total points scored by both teams was the most in an MLL game this season.
Attackman John Grant Jr . scored the game-winning goal with his seventh tally of the night 1:23 in to the five minute overtime period after the
Rattlers tied the game at 21 with a two-pointer by Jordan McIntosh with :04 left in the match. The Outlaws rallied in overtime after the Rattlers

point goal by Justin Turri with an assist from Jordan Wolf, just three minutes into the game.
The Outlaws answered by narrowing the gap by one score, 4-3, by the end of the first with two goals by Grant Jr. and one by Chris Bocklet . Denver
