Represented OEC in stakeholder meetings with OEPA to discuss the importance of water quality rules. The rules establish a common vocabulary to understand water resources, increase protection for high quality streams, and will form the basis for a mitigation rule to guide industry away from sensitive streams. Attendees were asked to sign a letter of support or write their own letter to elected representatives to advocate for protecting small streams.
