• Delivered significant enhancements and integration to complex stand-alone Bank compensation
  systems. The team overcame numerous challenges including working against a strict deadline,
  siloed business units, and significant resource constraints

• Invoked the strategic shift within an Identity Access Management (IAM) program from a tactical,
  technology driven approach to a cohesive “Business Value” focus allowing for faster ROI.
  Implemented team rightsizing for optimum delivery. Rationalized 124 project to 30 projects.
  Consolidated project meetings resulting in 90 hours saved monthly

• Encapsulated extensive project change management and process deployment across all
  organizational functions; finance, operation, infrastructure and development. Thirty five project
  managers and 170 projects were realigned

• Delivered cost reduction and productivity improvements opportunities working with business
  leaders exceeding $10MM. Reassessed bottom-up solution realizing $4MM Capex savings

• Reduced consultant fees (12FTE) through a change management approach. Controlled diverse
  projects; each with up to twenty resources with specific P&L and KPIs requirements linked to the
