We’ve taken the best training techniques from all aspects of the martial arts, physical fitness, and scholastic programs and developed them into our Tiger Tots program. Listening: We begin class with a listening/warm-up game that the students love. Fitness: The classes are full of exciting and fun drills that engage the students and teach them valuable skills at the same time! Stillness: Every class has just a few minutes of down time that begins to teach the students about the values of meditation and stillness. Kindness: We are proud participants in the Random Acts of Kindness program. Students keep a log of selfless acts that they have done (under close parental supervision) and we share these at every class! Besides training in the martial arts, we work on each child’s individual abilities and utilize our skills to bring out the very best in them. In most conventional sports there are always some children who do very well and others who don’t. There are no “bench-warmers” in our school. Every child excels in this program, developing their self confidence in the process, so that they will be able to deal with any situation.
