TNF-alfa, CRP, and ICAM-1
From the inflammatory markers
– Chlamydia pneumonia
– CMV, HSV1 and HSV2, mycoplasma pneumonia, hepatitis
A, helicobacter pylori,
Other biomarkers
– fibrinogen, systemic IL-6, E-selectin, P-selection, D-dimer,
albumin, sCD40-L, PAPP-A urine and blood
