whole before taking an investment decision.

To study the usefulness of analysis in forecasting the
share price.
5. Research methodology
The methodology followed is secondary analysis that can
be done by collecting data from different secondary
sources like research papers, articles ,financial newspaper,
websites of NSE,BSE,NSDL,CDSL and from other
financial websites.
7. Interpretation
The price of the stock has witnessed an increase of
Rs.1,449 over a period of 2 years and 8 months from the
level of Rs.1,155 on 2nd Jan 20 to Rs. 2,604.65 on 31st
Aug 22 thereby registering a growth of Rs.517 per
annum. This shows the stock has performed well in the
secondary market and also it appears to be a good stock
to invest in.

10. Major findings
From this study, the basic aspects of fundamental analysis
of stocks are learnt. The concepts related to fundamental
study which includes intrinsic value of a stock, risk in
investing in a stock, what are the risk behind investing in a
stock, how to reduce the risk; these things are covered in
the project.
11. Suggestion and recommendation
For fundamental analysis ,consider examining a
company’s financial statements, and pay attention to key
ratios like P/E ratio, D/E ratio ROE. Additionally
analyze industry trends, competitive positioning and
management quality from a company’s health

The conclusion aims to determine whether a stock is
overvalued, undervalued, or fairly priced, helping
investors make informed decisions based on a company's
fundamentals.
