Se utilizo a partir de diciembre de 1943 para realizar análisis criptográfico y automatizar los complejos cálculos necesarios para decodificar los mensajes militares alemanes cifrados. Estos eran codificados por una maquina denominada enigma.

1. A well-publicized and well-attended 2 weeks TEFL workshop-5663 washeld from
July16 to 27,2013 in a hotel organized by AIOU, Bahawalpur. Theworkshop was
attended by 70 students from Rahim Yar Khan, Bahawalnagar and Bahawalpur
Region. The ResourcePersons werefromThe IUB & Sadiq Public School. All the
sessions wereaddressed by the renowned scholars, followed by lively question &
answer technique. The concluding session was attended by AIOUPersonnel,
invited guests from severalthink tanks, learned bodies and media officials.
2. Addressing to the Concluding Session as a Chief Guest, Prof. Dr. Mamuna Ghani
shared her impression aboutthe workshop and appreciated the strenuous efforts
of the workshop Co-ordinator Prof. M. Safdar Bhattifor making the workshop
highly successfulin terms of achieving its objectives.
The
event ended with an interactive discussion session held by Prof. Safdar. Bhatti
based on ELT which was highly appreciated by the audience and the participants
