This document outlines the planning section of a project. The planning section should include rough designs, font and color choices, and annotated reflections on strengths and areas for improvement. It should also contain final designs and versions of products, with explanations of any major changes. The document recommends thoroughly completing previous sections on research before beginning planning, which should be informed by audience and product research.
The document discusses the benefits of exercise for mental health. Regular physical activity can help reduce anxiety and depression and improve mood and cognitive functioning. Exercise causes chemical changes in the brain that may help protect against developing mental illness and improve symptoms for those who already have a condition.
Using Social Behaviours as part of B2B lead generationJohn Watton
This document discusses using social behaviors as part of B2B lead generation. It notes that the empowered buyer controls the business relationship and that much of the buying process is invisible to sellers. It recommends using social media for lead generation by using the right language, choosing the right channels based on sales funnel objectives, thinking multichannel, and measuring everything. Specific tips include using the right tone of voice on social media, automating content distribution, reusing content across channels, and prioritizing leads based on demographics and behaviors. Companies that use social media for lead generation are reported to have better aligned sales and marketing teams and higher marketing budgets.
This is the portfolio on which I create strategic analysis + forward looking innovation towards 2050 during workshops in management schools + as a consultant (firms) and coach (executive individuals). Get in touch if you need more information.
In the first episode of the Tech Girl Podcasts from July 2010, the host discusses the concept of Web 2.0 and how it enables user-manipulated content, collaboration, and information sharing through technologies like social media, blogs, wikis, file sharing, and content aggregation. The podcast credits various images used from sites like Flickr, blogs, universities, and technology companies to illustrate these Web 2.0 concepts.
1) The document introduces numbers from 1 to 10 in Spanish and notes how the teens follow a similar root as "diez".
2) It explains that numbers from 20 onwards are spoken by saying the tens place followed by "y" and the ones place, except for multiples of 10.
3) Larger numbers like hundreds are discussed, pointing out that Spanish uses periods instead of commas for numbers over 1,000 and that "ciento" adds "-to" for numbers over 100 unlike "cien" which is only 100.

Michelangelo's most famous work was painting the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel between 1508 and 1512. The ceiling is located in the large Papal Chapel built within the Vatican between 1477 and 1480. Michelangelo created the fresco because Pope Julius II commissioned him to decorate the ceiling. The fresco depicts nine scenes from Genesis and ancestors of Jesus and was intended for all audiences to see and appreciate.
In this presentation, Amit explains querying with MongoDB in detail including Querying on Embedded Documents, Geospatial indexing and Querying etc.
The tutorial includes a recap of MongoDB, the wrapped queries, queries which are using modifiers, Upsert (saving/ updating queries), updating multiple documents at once, etc. Moreover, it gives a brief explanation about specifying which keys to return, the AND/OR queries, querying on embedded documents, cursors and Geospatial indexing. The tutorial begins with a section about MongoDB which includes steps to install and start MongoDB, to show and select Database, to drop collection and database, steps to insert a document and get up to 20 matching documents. Furthermore, it also includes steps to store and use Javascript functions on the server side.
The next section after the MongoDB section is about wrapped queries and queries using modifiers which includes the types of wrapped queries which are used like LikeQuery, SortQuery, LimitQuery, SkipQuery. It also includes the types of queries using modifiers like NotEqualModifier, Greater/Lesser modifier, Increment Modifier, Set Modifier, Unset Modifier, Push Modifier etc. Then comes the section about Upsert (Save or update). There are steps mentioned for saving or updating queries in this section.
At the same time, there are steps to update multiple documents altogether. The next section which is called “specifying which keys to return” talks about ways to specify the keys the user wants. After this section comes OR/AND query. It informs us about the general steps to do an OR query. Also, it includes the general steps to do an AND query. After this section comes another section called “querying on embedded document” which tells the user about ways of querying for an embedded document.
One of the important sections of this tutorial is about cursors, uses of a cursor and also methods to chain additional options onto a query before it is performed. Following is a section about indexing which talks about indexing as a term and how indexing helps in improving the query’s speed. At the end is a section which gives a brief explanation on geospatial indexing which is another type of query that became common with the emergence of mobile devices. Also, it includes the ways geospatial queries can be performed.
Room 13 students explored different cultures represented in their class, including Chinese, Indian, Filipino, Samoan, and Māori cultures. They studied various jobs in society and created cultural tiles representing important aspects of their cultures. Despite challenges in obtaining materials, the students worked collaboratively to design tiles, sew them into a quilt, and display their cultural artwork for the school to see and celebrate their diversity.

Behavioural Marketing & how to get your customers to love youJohn Watton
The World of Marketing is now more multi-channel dependent than ever. Find out how to better integrate your email, web, mobile and social media marketing to deliver outstanding ROI. And how a behavioural marketing approach can drive personalised, multi-channel experiences for your customers that ultimately means they'll love you to death.
This presentation looks at Behavioural Marketing and the simple journey you can follow to deliver a more personalised experience for your customers:
How to capture the things people do when they interact with your company across all channels (email, web, mobile, social, etc).
How to combine that data with what you already know about that person – the profile & preferences; or past behaviours.
The rules to apply to the data
How to use the rules to generate a personalised interaction and a multi–channel, multi-step relationship that delivers the most relevant customer experience for the individual.
The document discusses layered network models, including the OSI model and TCP/IP model.
The OSI model has 7 layers - physical, data link, network, transport, session, presentation, and application layer. The TCP/IP model has 4 layers that roughly correspond to the application, transport, internet, and network interface layers of the OSI model.
Layered models make networking easier to understand and implement by separating networking functions into different layers with well-defined responsibilities. This allows individual layers and protocols to be improved or replaced without affecting the other layers.
1) A group therapy session takes place in a therapist's room with several incarcerated women. 2) The session becomes chaotic as the women argue disrespectfully with each other and the therapist about their criminal histories and lack of respect. 3) By the end of the session, two of the women storm out angrily as the therapist holds his head, exhausted by the unproductive and argumentative nature of the meeting.
This document discusses different types of montages that can be used for live performances including theatrical, musical, and art exhibitions. It suggests montages can enhance live performances by interweaving filmed elements with the live elements on stage. A well-crafted montage engages the audience and helps tell the story or theme of the live performance.
This mural was painted in St. Mary's Church between 1066-1086 AD to depict the nativity scene and gather the local community around the birth of Jesus Christ. It aims to educate future generations about Catholic history and establish the church as a holy place. The mural is located in the medieval town of Dover, situated in the center of town near the old market square.
A second mural located in Neuschwanstein Castle in Germany from 1886 depicts a scene from the legend of Lohengrin. It symbolizes the importance of kingship in medieval society by featuring people gathered around a crown bathed in a beam of light. The architect who designed the mural later died from mental illness
