It is with great pleasure to extend this letter of recommendation for Joshua Mumaw, for all his contributions to
our firm and our clients.
Mr. Mumaw was a constant and reliable high-performer while he worked with us for nearly 10 years. He first
came to us through a strategic partnership with A.T. Kearney, then decided to join us officially for the next phase
of his career.
From his first project to his last, he dedicated himself whole-heartedly to the success of each project. Through
his years, he faced many challenging environments and complex projects, but still managed to deliver results
which exceeded client expectations. As a result, he was promoted quickly through the ranks, and was viewed as
a valuable asset to our leadership team.
As a Principal, Mr. Mumaw designed and sold our largest international project, which was an 18-month
Turnaround Program for a Ministry, addressing everything from strategy to operations. He designed all of the
workstreams and deliverables, recruited a team of 35 consultants, and successfully led the implementation. This
project was especially valuable to us as a firm, as it allowed us to expand our operations and open our second
office in Namibia. This is a great example that demonstrates Joshua’s abilities to design comprehensive
business solutions, deliver high-impact results on a large-scale, and showcases his strong leadership abilities.
Mr. Mumaw was a passionate leader, who earned the respect of those around him. While he was motivated by
accomplishment, he was also equally motivated by helping those around him succeed. Joshua invested much of
his personal time with his peers, team members, and clients to assist them in overcoming challenges,
understanding concepts and identifying development opportunities. This dedication to people was also mirrored
in his personal life, through his actions to support an international community development program called
YouthZones.
In my professional opinion, Mr. Mumaw is a very well-rounded individual, with a multitude of personal and
professional assets that make him an extremely valuable asset. I trust him, and am confident in his business
expertise. When given an opportunity, he will rise to the occasion to deliver excellent results.
