Tackle with Challenges to make the Line Flexible
We need to make the line flexible for new models. We have following challenges which are
given below:-
• Few quantity of
material are kept inside
the cell before the setup
Commonize the material
in both model through
raising DFM
•To reduce Setup Time
through design change
of the fixture’s unit for
quick changeover
• Separate program for
each model (Master) are
made and interlocked
with master call
• Poka Yoke done on
fixture

same appearance
of few parts
