Final consideration:
1. Assuming that the claimed FSB, produced more than 1 month before the claim, didn’t
suffered any anomalous localized forcing and deforming event, we have to say that the
anomalous free play detected is quite rare on the mechanism.
2. The problem cannot be generated during the production process at PMC Doo since it
consists of simply welding on dedicated welding jigs, with no anomalous efforts or
deformations.
3. The problem is localized on the component  supplier will be informed immediately
By official complaint and preventive further check will adopted by PMC on the production
Line at the FSB testing station as described at the following page.
4. The event is really isolated and there is no risk of more frequent or epidemic occurrences
Based on the products defects/claims history on the product, assuming that the problem
Is due to a mechanism supplying problem.

Preventive check on the product to be kept until a definitive settling from the supplier
will not come and a definite acknowledgment will not be reached on the problem root cause source.
The check shall be done at the FSB production testing station: a proper
Force shall be applied on “+/- Z” in order to detect easily the free play. On the part shall be put
A green spot on the mechanism pin (inner side) after the check. The check can be easily done
Also at the seat maker line for safety check on the current stock.
