Responsibility/LiabilityofFREEDOMTOURISMLIMITED
a) The holidays are operated by Freedom Tourism Limited, a NEW ZEALAND based company.
Company is not itself an owner of any Carrier, Hotels, Accommodations, Air Craft, and
CoacheslistedonourItineraries.
b) Booking with us is subject to the terms, conditions and limitations of liability imposed by
those transportation companies, hotel contractors and other service providers who may

c) FreedomTourismLimitedshallnotinanycircumstancesbeheldliableforandwillnotaccept

for : Mechanical breakdowns,governmentactions,weather, acts of God, strikes, compulsory

f) The failure of the client to obtain the correct and required documentation (e.g. passports,
visas,healthcerti cates)
g) Thefailureoftheclienttofollowinstructions,includingbutnotlimitedtocheckin,checkout
anddepartureplacesandtimes.
h) Thedelayof,lossofordamagetoparticipantsbaggageoritscontentsregardlessofwhether
checkwithanycarrier,providerofaccommodationorotherwise.
i) Freedom Tourism Limited reserves the right to use other service providers of a similar or
higher standard at their discretion. Freedom Tourism Limited reserves the right to amend,
make variations to or cancel the tours, accommodation or other services and facilities. All
prices are subject to alteration at the absolute discretion of the Company, and in particular
butnotlimitedtowhentherearetarifforfarevariationsforcurrencyexchange uctuations.
j) The transport companies or rms concerned are not to be held responsible for any act,
omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their aircraft and/or
conveyances. The airline tickets issued by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall
constitutethesolecontractbetweentheseairlinesandthepurchaserofthistourand/ortour

k) No person other than us, in writing, has the authority to vary, add, amplify or waive any

PRINTEDand/orDIGITALMEDIAACCURACY
a) All information given in any Freedom Tourism Limited’s media is based on the information
availableatthetimeofpublication.Allerrorsandomissionsexempted.
b) We reserve the right to change any information before or after your booking theTour due to
anyeventsbeyondourcontrol.
c) In case we are aware of any changes sufficiently in advance, we will notify you at the time of
booking, otherwise our FreedomTeam Member will inform youof the change on the spot or
asearliestpossibleoncebecomeaware.
TOUROPERATORREGISTRATION
a) In cases where the travel agent/freedom associates or any FreedomTeam Member through
whom the clients have booked the tour, it shall be deemed and construed that the Clients
have duly authorized the said travel agent/freedom associates or team member to sign on
theirbehalf.
b) The acceptanceof the Booking by the Client or by their travelagent/freedomassociates and
team shall mean acceptance in totality of the Terms and Conditions. No person including
Employee's and our Associates has the authority to vary, add, amplify or waive any
stipulation, representation in Term or condition. Any assurance given by any person shall
havenoconsequenceuntilauthorisedbyus.
c) We reservethe right to decline to registerany person as Clients for anyTour or to cancel their
registrationwithoutassigninganyreason.
Individual'sEligibilitytoBookTOUR
a) For Lawful Indian Resident Person ful lling the criteria set by relevant provisions of law
relatingtoforeignexchange in India and RBI rules and,whose passport is valid for at least six
months subsequent to the date of departure of the tour and have been granted relevant
visas toreachthe point of commencementof the tourand travelthroughoutwith the group
orasanindividualareeligibletobookonthetour.
b) All other countries residence other than India has to obtain necessary approval and New
ZealandVisapriortotourcommencementdate.
c) FREEDOMTOURISM LIMITED has no controlor interferenceand do not check eligibility of an
individualwhileissuinganyquotationorbookingtour.
HEALTH
a) It shall be the Duty of the client toinform us in case the Client has any medical conditionthat
may affect his ability to enjoy and pursue rest of the Tour Arrangements and wherein the
interestoftheGrouporanymemberthereofisprejudiciallyaffected.
b) We reserve the right to ask the Client to provide written certi cation of his medical tness
beforedeparture.Intheeventthatamedicalconditionhasnotbeendisclosed,wewillnotbe
liabletoprovideanyassistanceormoneyback.
MedicalInsurance
a) It is extremely important that you purchase an Overseas Travel Insurance Policy to cover
against any possible risks such as damage, loss or accident & medical emergency, injury to
life or property while on tour. We recommend that you purchase the Overseas Travel
InsurancePolicy.
b) Keeping the safety and yourconveniencein mind wemayor maynot haveincluded the cost
of the medical insurance for the duration of the tour. Please check your individual quotation
forthisinclusion.
c) However for any passengers above the age of 60 and those who extend their holiday,
additional charges wouldapply. If any such situation arises on the tour the policy will enable
ourFreedomteamtohelpbetter.Ifitisnotmentionedinyour nalquotethanyoumustseek
independentlegaladviceforInsuranceandobtainaccordinglyyourneed.
ForeignCurrencyforHoliday
Various credit cards like Visa, Masters, Amex, Diners can be widely accepted for your personal
expense at various terms & conditions from your Bank/Card Authorities.YOU MUST CARRY your
own name Credit card to provide as a deposit/security and it’s mandatory mainly at various
transportproviders.
COMMUNICATION
a) The communication address of the Client as disclosed in the Booking con rmation shall be
deemedtohavebeencommunicatedtotheTravelAgent/Freedom.
b) ATravelagent/freedomassociatesthroughwhomaClientbookswillacttorelayinformation
from Client to us and vice versa. We shall not be responsible for any error on part of such
TravelAgent/FreedomAssociatesinthisregard.
QuotationProcess&BookingAmount
a) During Quote Process, if we have missed or misinterpreted any of your services/booking
request then re-quote is must. All revised quotation comes with its own special terms and
condition due to various circumstances. During Quotation process, Freedom Tourism
Limited neither block/book any of your service nor guarantee for that. All services are
subject to availability at the time of booking and nal price of quote may change during this
processandwillbeadvisedinwritingtoclientforcon rmation.
b) At the time of booking you must be in possession of an original passport of every individual
wishing to register for holiday.You are requested to read complete details of the tour, route
plan, price inclusions, exclusions, terms and conditions. Our Freedom Advisor will be most
gladtoassistwiththebookingprocess.
c) It is mandatory to enclose a non-refundable, interest-freedeposit amount of NZ$ 1000/- per
person(Adult/Child).
d) Cheques / Demand drafts to be payable either to your travel agent or Freedom Tourism
Limited.WaystoPayFreedomTourismLimitedisalwaysattachedwithquotation/invoicefor
furtherdetails.
e) If you book through our Freedom Associates / Your own travel agent then it will be
associates/travel agent's responsibility to provide booking form and deposit to Freedom
TourismLimited.
f) On receipt of the deposit amount you will be given an official receipt from FreedomTourism
Limited and you will also receive your tour-booking certi cate / communication.This is the
writtencon rmationofyourtourHoweveritisnotvalidfortravelontour.
g) Tourpackage nalcostisnotavailablewithanyotheron-goingspecials.
InvoiceandPayment
a) As per Agreed Final Holiday Route Plan and Invoice, You must make the balance payments
towards tour cost (NZ$) at least 45 days before the tour begins or as per Invoice Due date
(whichever is early). AnyTT charges, Bank Charges must be paid over and above the invoice
amount. Service Tax as applicable to be paid extra on the total Tour Price as mentioned in
Invoice.
b) Prior to the departure of your tour, we will be able to issue your air tickets (only if booked by
Freedom Tourism Limited) and any of your nal tour documents, once we receive the total
tourcost.
c) In casetheaboveruleisnotadheredtothentherewillbeadelayinissuingyourairticketand
subsequently arranging your visas.Further, if we do not receivethe balance paymentdue to
us at least 30 days before departure, your booking deposit is likely to be forfeited and your
booking stands automatically cancelled. In case any payment is being made 10 days prior
thetourdeparturedate,thesamewillhavetobepaidincash/bankdraft.AcopyofyourPAN
cardisrequiredwhenpaymentsamountingtoNZ$250orabovearemadebycash.
d) FOR INDIA the tour is subject to RBI/GOI rules and regulations. Part of the tour cost will be
paidinNZD.
e) Tour cost may have been changed due to number of person changes, travel date changes,
holiday surcharges, availability of quoted services and so many other variables. Invoice will
bere-issuedinsucheventandbalanceamountistobepaidoutaspartoftourcost.
CANCELLATIONS
a) All services such as Airline seats/ Hotel accommodation /Ground transportation for any tour
arepre-booked wellin advance.We areliable to paypenalties to all our suppliers / vendorsif
theseservicesarereleasedwithinthebelowmentionedtimeframe.
b) If circumstances make you cancel the Tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in
writing.SuchCancellationwillattracttheFollowingCancellationCharges:

the actual expenses incurred by us like Visa, Travel Insurance etc. but no compensation or
interestispayable.AllRefundsshallbegiveninthesamemodeofpaymentmadetous.
e) In theeventof exercisingourrightstoamendoralteranyoftheservicesasmentionedinthe
routeplan,aftersuchtourorholidayhasbeenbooked,theclientshallhavetheright

CANCELLATIONDUETOVISAREJECTION
a) All the Clients traveling must be in possession of a valid visa. However kindly note that it is
entirely at the discretion of the concerned Consulate / Authorities to grant / reject visa even
aftersubmittingallrelevantdocumentsandwewillnotbeheldresponsibleforthesame.We
will not be responsible for non-issuance of visa due to receipt of incomplete / delayed
documents from the Clients. It is a possibility that the consulate may ask the passengers to
appearforapersonalinterview.ThisisatthesolediscretionoftheConsulate/Authorities.
b) Passengers whose visas are not granted by the consulates will be refunded the booking
amountafterdeductingNZ$100/-perpersontowardsAdministrativeChargesinadditionto
anyadditionalvisaexpensesincurred.
c) The date requested by the Client will be con rmed after the client obtains the visa and is
subject tothe availabilityof the touratthatpointof time. Any PriceVariancemust be paid by
Client.
REFUNDS
a) Anyclaimorcomplaintbytheclientmustbenoti edtousinwriting within7daysattheend
of their holiday tour. No claim noti ed to the company beyond this period will be
entertainedandweshallincurnoliabilitywhatsoeverinrespectthereof.
b) All the refunds will be honoured in accordance to Cancellation Terms & Condition policy
and/orwrittenapprovalofrefundbyFreedomTourismLimited.
c) Refunds (if any) for amendments and /or cancellations will be paid directly to you for
bookingsmadedirectlywithFreedomoffice.ForbookingsmadebyTravelAgent,Associates,
the refundswill be routedthroughthem. It wouldtake atleast 30-60 daystoprocessrefunds
duetovarioussupplierandairline'scancellationrules.
d) No refunds will be payable for any balance money to be paid and/or unutilized services (e.g.
Meals,EntranceFees,OptionalTour,Hotel,sightseeingetc.)
e) TherefundfortheForeignExchangecomponentofthetourwillberefundedinINR/NZ$only
andwillbeattheratewhichwasprevailingatthetimeofBooking.
f) In caseifaClientalongwithhisfamilyiscompelledtodiscontinuethetourduetoanyreason
whatsoever including illness, death or loss of passport or any other travel documents, no
claimshallbeentertainedforrefundofunutilizedservices.
g) When considering Refund, Freedom Tourism Limited accounts for administration charges;
cancellation charges imposed by various suppliers’ exclusive T&C with Freedom Tourism
Limited. Further, per person price changes due to number of person changed from the
originalquotationalsoeffectsonrefundclaim.Numberofotherlegitimatevariableswetake
intoconsiderationwhichwepracticeduringoriginalquotationprocessaswell.
h) No liability on our part arising in any way out of this contract in respect of any tour, holiday,
excursion facility shall exceed the total amount paid by the client for the tour, and shall in no
caseincludeanyconsequentiallossoradditionalexpensewhatsoever.
AMENDMENTS
a) After the initial booking on a particular tour and relative services, in the event of any
amendment you wish to make; such as change of destination, change of departure date,
addition or deletion of services, change in passenger number or such other change you will
need to make a written request and obtain an acknowledgment on the same from our
FreedomTeamMember.
b) The amendments may invite further cost which has to be paid by you.Further such requests
areacceptedbyussubjecttoavailability.
DEVIATIONS
a) Ifyouwishtotravelinadvanceorlateri.e.beforeoraftertheagreeddeparturedateasagreed
in nalrouteplanorliketocomebackonlaterdateafterthetourends,youwillberequiredto
paytheactualfaredifferenceoftheairline,fortherequisitedates.
b) Youwillbeissuedare-quote/invoicetobepaidinfullanduponreceiptofpaymentFreedom
TourismLimitedwillissueawrittencon rmation.
c) Therequestfordeviationsshouldbegiveninwritingatthetimeofbookingastheserequests
aresubjecttoavailabilityandwearenotholdinganysecuredplaces/seatsforthesame.
c) The deviation request will be subject to availability and payment for the same does not
guaranteethedaterequested.
d) For AirlineTickets In case the dates requestedby you are not available; we will allot alternate
datesaccordinglysubjecttoseatavailabilityinthesamegroupbookingclass.
TRANSFERFROMONETOURTOANOTHER
a) Transfer fromoneTour to another prior to the departureof the originally booked tour will be
treated as a cancellation on that tour, thereby attracting the cancellation charges as stated
hereunderandanewbookingonanother.
b) Transfer fee of NZ$ 250/- per person may apply depends on nancial impact of your
cancellation to original tour and new tour. Freedom Tourism Limited reserves the right for
thistransferacceptance.
Airline
a) Where you purchase your AirTickets through us, the con rmations on airline and/or class of
travel as requested will be subject to availability of the same for the destinations chosen by
you.
b) Airticketswillbedeliveredalongwithotherdocumentsprovidedoncewehavereceivedfull
paymentincludingforeigncurrencycomponent.
c) It is absolutely necessary to have your return air tickets to India (your home country)
con rmedpriortoyourdeparturefromIndia.
d) All the cancellation/amendments charges will be applicable and payable by client as per
respectiveAirlinerules.
e) Any changed seats are subject to availability to Airline. Airline rules are deemed to be
acceptedonceyourticketsareissuedtoyou.
f) Luggage allowances will be aligned with the international airline allowances. During the
Group tour with Kitchen facilities, this may further change to accommodate grocery
shippingalongwithgrouptominimisethegroup’soverallcost.
Accommodation
a) One person from every room occupier or Head of the Group on behalf of all group members
must submit their Credit Card or Cash or any mode of accepted payment by Hotel as a
security. Failure to provide may result in Hotel not permitting the con rmed booking/stay.
FreedomTourismLimitedhasnocontrolonanyHotel’spolicywhatsoever.
b) Any damages caused to the hotel rooms during your stay, any Mini-bar usage and hotel’s
ability tosellthatroomtootherclientonnextday(s)canbechargedasalosstoHotelcaused
byyouandshallbepayablebyyouandwewillnotbeliableforthesame.
c) Every hotel has various rules and regulations for noise control, behaviour, smoking, code of
conduct and must be followed during your stay or face the consequence charges or loss of
booking. FreedomTourismLimitedwillnothaveanycontrolwhatsoever.
d) Any mistake/errormade byHotelstaff in con rming yourbooking while check-in/check-out
is deemed as a personnel error by those hotel’s staff and FreedomTourism Limited will have
no control. However we will accelerate complain to Hotel Management in such cases so
futurebookingsareservedwithinguest’sdignity.
e) Most of the rooms have private bath or shower.The hotels will either be those shown in the
RoutePlanorofthesamecategory.
f) Triple rooms are usually no larger thanTwin rooms and the third bed is often a rollaway cot
putinaTwinroomforanight.
g) GROUPFOC:Forgroupbookings,2ormoreFOCadultsarebasedonShareTwinRoomONLY
h) All baggage and personal effects are at all times and under all circumstances your
responsibility.Wewillnotberesponsibleorliableincaseoflossofsuchitemsfromthehotel.

at the time of booking. Every effort will be made to ensure that they are honoured.However

l) AllIndiandinnertransfersaremostlyincludedaslongasitiswithinourdriver’sdrivinghour’s

m) Group chefs are responsible to any damages of hotel kitchen facilities and must work under
the guideline of hotel’s head chef.This is strictly due to the New Zealand’s health and safety

n) Any ingredientsrequiredmust havethe approvalfromthe hotel’s head chef or the beverage
manageronduty.
o) Group chef must have a good standard of chef attire and head cap must be worn at all times
withinkitchenarea.
ACCOMMODATIONFORCHILDBELOW12YEARSOFAGE
• It is expressed and given to understand that a child below 12 years of age who is booked on
thetourpayingthespecialratewithoutabedandwillnotbeprovidedwithabedinthehotel
whileonthetourunderanycircumstances.
• In case the Client makes any changes in their rooming while on tour, we shall not make any
refundsorpayanycompensation.
• In case the Client decides to make any change in the rooming while on the tour subject to
availability,thenyoushallbeboundtopayadditionalcharges.
MEALSANDSPECIALREQUESTS
• The menus and food options will be discussed and nalised during our Route Planning
processwithyouandourFreedomTeamMember.
• Unlike an airline we cannot process a special meal nor do we guarantee a special diet to the
Client,excepttotheextentmentionedtoyou.
• We however reserve the right to change the meal arrangement if circumstances make it
necessarytodoso.
• IntheeventthattheClientwakesuplateandmissesthebreakfastofferedtohimortheClient

TRANSPORT
• Personnel Name Credit Card for each driver and Authorised Licence is must to take the
possessionofhiredvehicle.
• We use air-conditioned/air-cooled luxury coaches and car of various grades (refereed as
modeoftransportofanykindduringtour).
• We don’t guarantee or charge for any speci c model, interior equipped vehicle to any guest
because all cars are allocated within their category byTransport providerbased on their rst
in rstoutorROHoranyothermethodtheyusetoallocatevehicle.
• We have found it fair to operate daily seat rotation on coach, so no seat numbers are
allocated. Some of the coaches are equipped with an emergency washroom; however this
facilityisnottobeusedinlieuoftherestroomsatourfrequentcomfortstops.
• If youarecarrying any high valueitemson any mode of transport,weadvise younot toleave
thembehindwhenyouleavethetransport.Wewillnotberesponsibleorliableincaseofloss
ofsuchitemsfromthetransport.
• All baggage and personal effects are at all times and in all circumstances your responsibility.
Any damages caused by you to the transport during your travelshall be payable by you and
wewillnotbeliableforthesame.
• Most coach or transport provider is 100% Smoke & Rubbish Free. Most Coach or transport
provider does not allow food on board. Failure to follow these rules may result in various
nesupto$1000+
• Thedriversareboundbyspecialrules,likemaximumdriving hourswithinadayandduring a
week, rest period per day/week, etc. Clients will have to strictly adhere to the prescribed
timetable for the day so that the driver can complete the travel, otherwise certain
sightseeing schedules may be missed due to your actions and the same will be non-
refundable.
• The New Zealand Ministry of Transport has a strict regulation for Driver’s duty time limit of
maximum 12 hours per day with the group. Please ensure that Driver doesn’t exceed that
limit. If the Driver is forced to breach the work time regulations, you may be ned up to
NZD25,000.00.Yourco-operationonthisismuchappreciated.
• If you are driving any mode of transport yourself then, it will be your responsibility to follow
complete rode and vehicle's safety rules, full insurance for vehicle (sometimes not included
in tour cost – nalize at the time of quote). Any/All nes/penalties/legal costs from any/all
governmentbodieswillbepayablebyclient(you)duringyourpossessionofvehicle.
• Rental Vehicle Hire: Self-drive rental vehicle cost is calculated on per day / 24 hour period
startingfromthetimeyoucollectyourvehicle.Anextradayshirewillapplyforanylatedrop-
offs on the nal day. Hire generally includes unlimited kilometres and daily basic insurance
andissubjecttothevehiclecompany'stermsandconditions.
• Use of the Vehicle is prohibited on the following roads: Ball Hutt (Mt Cook); Skippers
(Queenstown); 90 Mile Beach (Northland); On all roads north of Colville on the Coromandel
Peninsula, the Tapu to Coroglen road (all parts east of Rapaura Gardens), the 309 road from
Coromandel to Kairnarama and the Blackjack Road from Kuatuna and Opito; or on the
following highways on the South Island between the hours of 2200 and 0600 (local time)
from 1 April until 31 October: State Highways 6 and 8 betweenTwizel and Queenstown; the
Milford Road between Te Anau and Milford Sound; State Highway 6 between Franz Joseph
andWanaka;orArthur’sPass.
• 90 Mile Beach or any other Tour permitted at prohibited area must be conducted by
Government for speci c transport providers only. If those area is part of your Route Plan
thanitmayhavebeenbookedwiththosepreferredsuppliers. ThesearedeemedasaSeat in
CoachTourwhichcanbedifferentthanrestofyourSelfDriveorPrivateGroupTour.
FREEDOMAMBASSADOR(TourManager/TourEscort/Driver-Cum-Guide)
Services of Freedom Ambassador is bound to below minimum rules and can be changed by
FreedomTourismLimitedanytimeonTourasperHealth&SafetyrequirementofNewZealand.
• Clientneedtoadhereallrouteplantimingstoenjoytheholiday.
• INDIAN Language Speaking Freedom Ambassador is not guaranteed at any time and all
drivers are allocated based on FULL PAYMENT RECEIVED by Travel Operator to Freedom on
rst come rst basis (run of house method). However Regional Language Speaking INDIAN
AMBASSADORisonlyguaranteedifquotedandpaid100%inadvancetosecure.
• FREEDOMTOURISM LIMITED may assign more than 1 AMBASSADOR during your trip due to
various operational reasons, however the services committed remains same and shall be
deliveredaccordinglybyFreedomTourismLimited.
• FREEDOM Ambassador will not do any activities as a PORTER, COOLIE, and BUTLER etc. For
suchservices,clienthastorequestadditionalpersonandpay100%inadvance.
• Verbal,GestureabusetoFreedomAmbassadormayresultinremovalofrestoftheservicesof
Freedom Ambassador at Guest’s cost. Please read detailed freedom ambassador dos and
don’ts in Freedom’s Official Guest Book. Freedom Ambassador cannot be replaced with
otherAmbassadoronceremovedfromServicesduetoabusereason.
• FreedomAmbassadorisquotedbasedonGuestpickuptimeprovidedinRoutePlan.
• Duties may or may not include dinner transfer to restaurant and activities which requires
more than 1 hour wait. However over and above Route plan like waiting or holding Driver
andVehicleetc.willbechargedatvariedrateandsituationatthatparticularevent,minimum
$50perhouroranypartof rsthour.
• Legal Break Rules per day and perTrip is allowed in the Route Plan and can't be changed at
anytime.
• Thedriversareboundbyspecialrules,likemaximumdriving hourswithinadayandduring a
week, rest period per day/week, etc. Clients will have to strictly adhere to the prescribed

• Ambassador/DriverisnotavailableanytimeGuestrequires. NZDriver/Ambassadorworksas
per law set by NZTA and must adhere and log all time while on duty so can’t drive more than
legal hours whenever client requires. Route plan is developed in such a way that all legal
expectationsarecoveredandadheredalltimeduringtrip.
• LEISURE DAY: Freedom Ambassador will not drive vehicle on Leisure day and will be on
officialDayOff. Guestwillnotbeabletodrivethevehicletoo. If Guestwantstodrivevehicle
on Leisure day it has to be authorized by Vehicle Hire Company and must do all formalities
priortopickingupvehicleand/orapprovingquote.
CONDITIONSOFTRAVEL
• Wearetravelandholidayorganizersonly.Wedonotcontroloroperateanyairline neitherdo
weownorcontrolanyshippingcompany,coachorcoachcompany,activity,hotel,transport
oranyotherfacilityorservicementionedinyour naltour.
• We take care in selecting all the essentials/fundamentals for your holiday but because we
onlyselectandinspectthemandhavenocontrolinrunningofthem,
• we cannot be responsible for any injury, death, loss or damage, which is caused by the act or
default of the management or employees of any hoteliers, airlines, shipping company,
Activity company, Coach owner/coach operator who are our independent contractors
arisingoutsideournormalselectionandinspectionprocess.
• Major road works may necessitate route changes in the Route Plan, Indian restaurants may
close or change management, ight or coach delay and running out of time for certain
meal/activityetc.allofthesemaycauseustomakechangesintheRoutePlan.
• TheClient will havetostrictly followtheTour Programand returntoIndia (or Home Country)
as per the validity of the air ticket.Thereshall be no refund,if the Client fails to join the group
at the commencement of the tour, or joins the group later or leaves the group before
culmination of theTour. It shall be noted that for all purposes, it shall be the responsibility of
the Client to reach the place of commencement of the Tour and register with our
representativeattheappointedplace,dateandtime.
• Even if a Client is unable to reach a place of commencement of tour due to any reason
whatsoever including loss of baggage or loss of travel documents, his booking shall be
treatedas'NoShow'onthetourand100%cancellationchargeswillbelevied.
• If a client avails pre-tour services or part thereof, or the air tickets (cost of which may or may
not be included in the main tour cost) but fails to join the group for the main tour at the
appointed place, or cancels the tour after using the air tickets or pre-tour arrangements or
part thereof, it shall be treated as“No Show' and there will be no refund whatsoever for the
unutilizedpre-tourormaintourservices.
• We, reserve the right to withdraw tour membership from anyone whose behaviour is
deemed likely to affect the smooth operation of the tour or adversely affect the enjoyment
or safety of other passengers and we, shall be under no liability to any such person. It is
hereby declared that the immunities provided under this contract shall be available to our
Managers, including Tour Managers, Employees, Servants and Agents but not to the
independentContractorsselectedbyus.
• Each of these conditions shall be severable from the other and if any provision be invalid,
illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless have full force and
effect. No liability on our part arising in any way out of the Contract in respect of any tour,
holiday, and excursion facilities shall exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for
the tour holiday, and shall in no case include any consequential loss or additional expense
whatsoever.
• WerecommendeveryIndividualtravellerorGrouptotakeanOverseasTravelInsurance.
• The prices quoted in any of our media havebeen calculatedat the rateprevailingat the time
of publishing of this media. We reserve the right to amend the prices published in this
Brochurein case of currency uctuation, changes in the variation in grossratesof exchange,
and / or fuel costs, special / high season charge levied by the supplier, hike in the airline / rail
chargesbeforethedateofdepartureandtosurchargeaccordingly.Allsuchincreasesinprice
mustbepaidforinfullbeforetheDeparturebytheClient
• If youbook with aTravelAgentand yourbooking with thatagentincludes,but not limitedto
our arrangements, your Contract is with your travel agent and we are simply a support to
yourtravelagent.
• In case of publication of any travel scheme offering any discount or bene t by us we shall
have the sole right to withdraw such a scheme or discount at any time unless a speci c
assuranceofthecontraryispublished.
• All announced GroupTours will operate subject to minimum full paying passengers on the
tour. Services of a professional and experienced Freedom Ambassador or a local
representativeissubjecttoaminimumoffullpayingpassengerspublished.
Weshallinnocircumstanceswhatsoeverareliabletotheclientfor:
• In thecaseofoneormorebutnotallpassengerscon rmingBooking,itshallbedeemedthat
othershavedulyauthorizedconcernedsigningpassenger(s).
• Any over stay expenses due to delay or changes in bus / air / trains/ ship or cancellation of
special bogie or other services due to sickness, weather conditions, strike, war, terrorism or
anyothercausewhatsoever.
• Sightseeing missed and/or program being cancelled after the commencement of the tour
duetoanyunavoidablesituationswhicharebeyondourcontrol.
• Initial deposit just ensuresseator participationon the tourbut does not entitlesany services
likeTickets,visasandHotelAccommodationuntilfullpaymenthasbeenreceived.
• There is no Contract between us and the client until we have received the initial deposit of
NZ$ 1000 per participating person. Full payment must be in accordance with the terms and
condition of tour. In-case of non-payment we, reserve the right to cancel booking with
subsequentlossofdeposit&applycancellationchargesasmentionedtherein.
• NotIncludedinTourCostItemssuchas:
Gratuities,Insurance,OptionalSightseeing,Excessbaggagecharges,Laundryman,Mini-bar,
Drinks, Airport taxes, Meals except discussed during booking process and items of a
personalnaturearenotincludedinthetourcost.
OTHERTERMSand/orInformation
• We are repentant that we cannot endow with individual aid to any of the tour member for
walking, dining, getting on & off from any of the transport vehicle or other personal needs.
So it is indispensable that a quali ed companion must accompany the traveller who needs
suchassistance.
• Distance, temperature and any other variable information given in any media are
approximate.
• Photo of meals and sightseeing published in any media are only for reference and may
change from actual meals served / sights. In case company offers any adventure activities
then it is signi cant to note that all the passengers should enjoy such activities/ ride at their
own risk, as such kind of adventure might be risky at times especially for heart patients,
Pregnantwomen,peoplewithbloodpressure,etc.
• Freedom Tourism Limited solely reserves the right to publish group photographs of the
passengerstakenduringthetour.
• Validity of the passport: Traveller must have his valid passport for at least 6 months
subsequenttodeparturedate.
• The prices quoted in our proposal have been calculated at the rate prevailing at the time of
printing this media.We reserve the right to amend the price published in this media in case
of currency uctuations, changes in the various cross rates of exchange and / or fuel costs,
beforethedateofdepartureandchargeaccordingly.Allsuchincreasesinpricemustbepaid
forinfullbeforedeparturebytheclient.
• lf the Client has any complaint in respect of the services providedby any of the independent
contractors, the client shall immediately notify the same in writing to the independent
Contractor and a copy thereof should be handed over to the Freedom Ambassador in order
to enable us to take up the matter with the Independent Contractor so that in future other
clientsdonotfacethesamedifficulty.
CommunicationTransparency&ProblemSolving
• Transparent Communication is very important for Travel Operator and Freedom Team at all
time. Issues mayarise fromerrorof any of Freedomor yourcompany’s employee, Freedom’s
supplier’s policy changes or Guests requirement/circumstances changes and many other
waysoutofcontrolbybothofus.
• Both representative needs to come to an agreed resolution in the best interest of GUEST’s
MemorableHoliday.
• FreedomTourism agreestohonor any of our commitmentdone at the time of nalizingTour
oranygiventimecommunicatedinwritingonly.
• Tour Operator is bound to honor any commitment made to client, over and above from the
Freedom Tourism’s Written Quote or Email Communication. Any nancial impact from this
mustbepaidbyTourOperator.
• NO VERBAL/WRITTEN Abuse will be tolerated by FREEDOM TOURISM LIMITED and its
Employeewhatsoever.
• AlltheCancellationTerms&ConditionwillapplyandwillbeatGuestorTourOperator’scost.
