Fred Astrauskas is the founder and managing director of AnchorWatch Capital Advisors, LLC. He has over 17 years of experience in accounting and finance, specializing in financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Fred previously led transaction advisory practices at Grant Thornton and Ernst & Young, working on deals across many industries and 15+ countries. He received a business degree from Northeastern University and maintains professional certifications and memberships.

Professional Experience
Fred is a Certified Public Accountant with over 17 years of accounting
and finance experience. For the past 14 years, he specialized in
financial due diligence. During this time, Fred has led hundreds of
transactions. His experience includes transactions in the
manufacturing, distribution, retail and consumer products, and
technology industries, as well as with sell side and carve‐out
transactions. Transaction size has ranged from less than $10 million
dollars to over $5 billion dollars.
Prior to founding AnchorWatch Capital Advisors, LLC, Fred was the
practice leader of Grant Thornton’s transaction advisory services
practice in Boston. Fred also spent 11 years in the transaction
advisory services practice at Ernst & Young. During that time, he spent
four years working in Dusseldorf, Germany in Ernst & Young’s
Corporate Finance practice where he specialized in cross‐border
transactions. He has direct deal experience leading transactions in
over 15 countries.
Fred serves on the Board of Directors and is Treasurer of the Boys &
Girls Club of Assabet Valley.
