About me:
I don’t have any brothers and sisters and I live with my mother. I was born on 12 may,
1994. I love pets, especially little dogs because they are very nice. When I go to the
city of Chambery, I like shopping, going on the ice rink or calling on my friends. It will
be good if I left my village to live closer to Chambery. At school, I hate Sciences and I
prefer Modern languages.
Trips:
I’d like to travel all over the world: to discover cultures, traditions, new people… It
must be fascinating ! My favourite destinations are New-York, London, Paris Dublin,
Roma, Madrid, Barcelona… But I was just going in Paris and Madrid. I would like to visit
United Kingdom, Greece, Brazil and a lot of countries. It’s really a dream ! But I have
the time to travel and I continue to believe in it.
Music and cinema:
Like a lot of people, I love music. I haven’t just one kind of music, I listen to: Rock, Pop,
R’nB, Dance … In fact, everything ! I listen to music everyday in the bus when I go to
school and when I come back. It’s my pastime, my distraction. I’ve played the piano for
three years and I’d like to play the guitar.
But I love cinema too. I watched a lot of films and I prefer comedies and musical
comedies like Grease. My favourite television series is Desperate Housewives. I like
going to the cinema with my friends during the weed-end or the holidays, especially the
evening.

At school I like History, French, Economics and Spanish because they are interesting.

I was born in Versailles near Paris but I moved to Villeurbanne and finally to La Ravoire
in 2003. In Villeurbanne we lived in town, there was a lot of pollution and noise because
our flat was beside a busy cross road and also there were lots of shops, and if we went
to go to the park we had to take the underground for five stations to the “ parc de la
tête d’Or” because there was no other place to go. In la ravoire there’s a lot of green
areas and there are mountains all around us. It’s practical because the schools, baker’s,
news agent are all within 5 minutes walk, but if I want to buy clothes, books, records I
have to go to Chambery because La Ravoire is a small town
I have two younger brothers (Nathan and Nils). We also have a cat called Cactus who’d
like to eat my two gerbil.
My hobbies:
My hobbies are music I, learn to play the flute and the piano, and I’ve been learning
music theory for five years. I like to listen to rock music.
I like to travel I have already been to Ireland, England, Spain, Italy, Germany and
Greece. I like to visit old monuments like castles or ancient theatres, and museums to
learn more about their civilisation.
I like going into town with my friends to go shopping, to go to a fast food restaurant,
to a concert or just to chat.
But I don’t like sport I find it boring and spiders because I’m afraid of them.

I was born in Chambery in Savoy. I am the second child in my family, I am the last. I
have got a sister who is twenty years old this winter, but she doesn’t live with my
parents and me, so I live alone with my parents. I am pig-headed and stubborn with
persons whom I don’t like very much. I am someone who likes very much laughing,
laughing and laughing, especially with two classmates, Eléonore Martineau and Marie

My hobbies:
I’ve played basketball for eleven years, I am crazy about this sport. I played in a

I was born in 1994 in the North West of France. All my family lives in this part of the
country, but I left Normandy with my mother whose name is Emmanuelle and my sister,
Clara who was born in 1988, to live in Savoy . Four years later I moved a second time to
live in a flat but still in the country. This house was very far from my college and the
city center then we moved a third time in July 2010 to live in the center of Chambery.

The week end I like going out with all my friends and go drinking and dancing all the

Hobbies :

About me
My name is Faustine, I am sixteen years old and I live in Argentine, a little village in the
beginning of the Maurienne valley. I have lived there for only a year because I moved a
year ago from Dagneux, a little town about 25 km from Lyon where I spent all my
childhood. I came here because my parents wanted to live near the mountains, but I
don’t think I will stay here later.
For me, the best advantage to live here is the ski resorts because I love skiing.
I study in Lycée du Granier, and I am quite satisfied to be there. It is a really good
school with good teachers. Moreover, many activities are proposed like dance club,
theatre club, sport club... I am boarder because of my living situation and I love it. I am
with really good friends and we have fun every day. The inconvenient point is about
working because it is quite difficult to be concentrating with people around you,
especially friends.
My hobbies
My main centre of interest is sport, particularly handball. I practice it for four years.
At the moment, I play in French championship in la Motte-Servolex. We have two
trainings by week and match during the week-end. Before handball, I was in a gymnastic
club for seven years and I made three years of modern dance and four years of break-
dance. According to me, sport is like a drug : I forget all my problems and I feel free.
Otherwise, I am like all the teenagers : I like meeting my friends, listening music, doing
shopping... I profit by the life !
More about me
I am keen on sport, but I hate walking in the mountains with my parents who love it. I
prefer sleeping or eating ice cream in front of a DVD.
My future ambitions
I have no exact idea about my future job yet but I know that I would like to work in a
job where I could move and have contact with people. If I could exploit English, it would
be perfect because I love this language and it is one of my strong subjects at school.

I have got three brothers and a sister but now I’m alone at home. Vincent who is 26 has

parents in a big house with a big garden! Sometimes, my brothers and my sister come
back home at the week-end.
My hobbies:
This year I haven’t enough time to practise sport but I like sport a lot. I have a friend
who has been teaching me how to play the guitar since the beginning of the school year.
Since I was little, I have been a scout. It takes me a lot of time but I’d never like to
stop it!

People say that I’m sociable and they often tell me that I am a crazy girl! I love
