(EC) for the next four years (2018-2022). For the last 13 years, we have been investing resources in order
to establish and maintain a strong, substantial and trustful relationship with the EuropeAid Cooperation
Office and with EU Delegations in over 60 countries. Our partnership is based on efficient cooperation and
active communication throughout numerous projects.
During the next four years, EUROPE Ltd will provide advisory and monitoring & evaluation in the following

For the last 13 years, we have been investing resources in order to establish and maintain a strong, substantial and trustful relationship with the EuropeAid Cooperation Office and with EU Delegations in over 60 countries. Our partnership is based on efficient cooperation and active communication throughout numerous projects. During the next four years, EUROPE Ltd will provide advisory and monitoring & evaluation in the following technical fields in the new framework contract (EuropeAid/138778/DH/SER/Multi): Nutrition, Food safety, Agriculture and Environment (Lot 1); Public administration reform, Decentralization, Justice, Home Affairs (Police, Border guards, Prison service), Migration and Human rights (Lot 3); Health, Education, Vocational training, Culture, Social protection, Research & Innovation (Lot 4); Public Finance, Taxation & Customs, Macroeconomic and Statistics (Lot 5); Financing for development, Public investment and Debt management (Lot 6). EUROPE Ltd works with a combination of in-house payroll consultant staff and a stable circle of external experts and partner organizations.
