This document is a final report for a natural gas processing plant project prepared by Fluid Processing Solutions. It summarizes the design of an amine sweetening process using DEA and a glycol dehydration process using DEG to remove acid gases (H2S and CO2) and water from a 400 MMSCFD feed stream of raw natural gas. The report covers the process design in HYSYS, an economic analysis, and a health, safety, security, and environmental analysis. The plant is designed to produce sweet gas meeting specifications of less than 0.5 ppm H2S, less than 100 ppmv CO2, and less than 4 lb of water per MMSCF.
