Business School: Enhance your
leadership potential
The Business School has been a part of the FPD journey for the past 15
years, reaching new heights every year in establishing a footprint of training
excellence. Our success can be attributed to the stringent quality processes
of choosing faculty based on their exceptional skills, experience, and ability
to continuously research, explore and apply new and dynamic practices in
the classroom.
FPDs customised programme design approach to learning enables
independent development behaviours through our distance courses as well
as an interactive approach through a combination of our self-study and
contact session model. Our workshops are facilitated in a problem-based
and integrated approach environment through e.g. case studies and
role-play, with the emphasis being on translating management theory into
practical workplace skill.

SCIENCES School of Health Sciences: Refine your
clinical skills
The FPD School of Health Sciences has been the leader in training health-
care professionals since 1997 and takes great pride in being recognised as a
leader and innovator in health care training. Our research has shown that
54% of all doctors have studied with us and continue to do so by earning their
annual CPD/CEU points.
Our school of Health Sciences also receives numerous yearly sponsorships
and grants that make it possible for us to reduce the training cost on most
of our courses.
The portfolio of courses offered, is specifically designed to enhance
the clinical skills of healthcare professionals and is taught through a
combination of assessed self-study models and facilitated workshops,
using detailed study material designed by leading national and international
experts. The majority of our courses are accredited for CPD/CEU points by
the Health Professions Council of South Africa. FPD is also an institutional
member of the South African Institute of Healthcare and a member of the
