SCHEDULE YOUR OFFICE TIME BETWEEN 9AM TO 6PM. ATTEMPT YOUR CREATIVE WORKS FROM 6PM TO 9PM FINISH YOUR DINNER AND CLOSE THE DAY MIDNIGHT ALLOW 15 MIN AS A BUFFER AT THE TIME OF TRANSITTING FROM ONE PRAHARA TO OTHER.

SELF IMPROVEMENT ACTIVITIES LIKE PHYSICAL EXERCISES,MEDITATION CAN BE PLACED IN ONE CLASS. THEN PLACE THE SAME CLASS OF WORK INTO THE PRAHARAS WHICH ARE RECOMMENDED FOR SIMILAR KIND OF ACTIVITIES LAST BUT NOT LEAST, BE FLEXIBLE IN YOUR WORK BUT FIXED ON YOUR GOAL THAT YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE BY DOING THE WORK.
