  Resources

  remained	
  in	
  this

  until	
  her	
  resignation	
  on	
  January	
  17,	
  2014.	
  	
  In	
  this	
  capacity	
  Laurie	
  was	
  instrumental	
  in	
  
aligning	
  our	
  organization	
  and	
  its’	
  people	
  with	
  the	
  new	
  mission,	
  vision	
  and	
  core	
  values	
  by	
  	
  	
  	
  	
  	
  	
  
creating	
  process	
  and	
  programs	
  that	
  underscored	
  our	
  messaging,	
  while	
  managing	
  through	
  a	
  
large	
  influx	
  of	
  change	
  and	
  new	
  hires	
  while

  Laurie	
  implemented

  new	
  on-­‐boarding	
  process	
  that	
  quickly	
  assimilates

  culture/programs/processes,	
  created	
  a	
  new	
  health	
  insurance	
  program	
  that	
  
saved	
  our	
  organization	
  over	
  200k	
  annually,	
  initiated	
  our	
  Culture	
  Club	
  which	
  is	
  still	
  going	
  strong	
  
today,	
  created	
  an	
  electronic	
  new	
  hire	
  request/process	
  allowing	
  for	
  better	
  efficiencies,	
  provided	
  
on-­‐going	
  health	
  and	
  wellness	
  programs/options,	
  upgraded	
  our	
  overall

  and

FoodState Inc. 8 Bowers Rd Derry NH 03038 603-432-5022                   April  15,  2014           To  Whom  it  May  Concern,       I  am  happy  to  recommend  Laurie  LeMay  for  a  management  position  in  the  HR  field.  Laurie   began  her  career  with  BioSan  Laboratories,  currently  known  as  FoodState,  Inc.  in  April  of  2011.   Laurie  was  hired  by  the  previous  owner  of  the  company,  Carl  Jackson,  as  a  temporary  Human   Resources  Manager  while  the  current  owner,  Riverside  Companies,  secured  a  CEO.  Then  on   February  13,  2012,  Laurie  was  hired  as  our  Director  of  Human  Resources  and  remained  in  this   position  until  her  resignation  on  January  17,  2014.    In  this  capacity  Laurie  was  instrumental  in   aligning  our  organization  and  its’  people  with  the  new  mission,  vision  and  core  values  by               creating  process  and  programs  that  underscored  our  messaging,  while  managing  through  a   large  influx  of  change  and  new  hires  while  the  company  sustained  an  annual  growth  rate  of   25%.       During  this  time  Laurie  implemented  a  new  on-­‐boarding  process  that  quickly  assimilates  em-­‐ ployees  into  our  culture/programs/processes,  created  a  new  health  insurance  program  that   saved  our  organization  over  200k  annually,  initiated  our  Culture  Club  which  is  still  going  strong   today,  created  an  electronic  new  hire  request/process  allowing  for  better  efficiencies,  provided   on-­‐going  health  and  wellness  programs/options,  upgraded  our  overall  benefit  programs  and   perks  and  managed  our  quarterly  performance  evaluation/annual  salary  review/bi-­‐annual           bonus  programs.  Her  positive  attitude,  dedication  and  willingness  to  take  on  any  challenge  will   surely  be  an  asset  to  any  company  that  might  hire  her.       Best  regards,         Robert  U.  Craven   CEO
