The document discusses the FOODIE project which aims to build an open and interoperable agricultural platform on the cloud to manage spatial and non-spatial agricultural data from different sources. The platform will integrate existing European open datasets, publish and link external agricultural data sources, and provide applications and services to support decision making for stakeholders. It will be demonstrated through three pilots in Spain, Czech Republic, and Germany to test precision viticulture, open data for strategic planning, and integrating logistics and farm management.
