  Usual questions that a manufacturer of Welding
  Rods makes himself
If a stable client asks me for this type of wire of any kind and I am not
able to manufacture it myself, then the only solution is:
To sell the wire from another manufacturer, either under their brand or
under my own brand.



    HOW DO I SOLVE THE
    FOLLOWING PROBLEM?
THIS PROBLEM BRINGS FORTH THE FOLLOWING
INEVITABLE FACTS AND THE SUBSEQUENT OUTCOME:




   A) I loose the client, because the
    usual purchasing custom by most
    clients is to have the least possible
    suppliers, so as to lower costs by

             {
    buying more volume no matter if
    they are welding rods or wire.




                              B)    I loose the client anyhow, because the company
                               that makes the wire that I should deliver because I do
                               not manufacture it is almost always bigger than mine,
                               so usually manufactures and sells the same type of
                               welding rods I make. So they lower the whole
                               package price to obtain the complete business at hand.
If I sell with my own brand but manufactured by other
 company

I also loose the client because my purchasing
volume will always be lower than the one to
obtain the same price, other companies manage
due to higher manufacturing scale.

SO IT ALWAYS GETS TO THE SAME
          OUTCOME:



               I NEED TO MANUFACTURE MY OWN FLUX CORED WIRE
               SO AS TO BEGIN WITH LOWER PRICE RAW MATERIALS.
                  BUT THIS PRESENTS THE FOLLOWING PROBLEMS:
USUAL TWO OUTCOMES OF THIS PROBLEM


 A)I inevitably need to continue to lower the prices only to mantain
 my actual client portfolio.This is a vicious circle that leads to a slow
 diminishing of my revenues.
 B) I Manufacture my own FLUX CORED WIRE.




   THIS PRESENTS US WITH A NEW SET OF PROBLEMS:
What are the Choices:
1. I buy a complete FCW manufacturing line from a big machine
manufacturer.
2. I buy a cheaper machine from a local manufacturer.




                          3. I seek for a complete solution, equipment,
                          formulas and process from my point of view as a
                          manufacturer of welding consumables entering a
                          complete different technology. Specially if I can
                          manufacture as much as possible in my own site,
                          minimizing the R.O.I.also with complete on site
                          follow-up until a sellable product is obtained.
