Pilot operated check valve
Pilot operated check valve
 -Discribtion
It is a valve that allow a flow to move
in either of one directions.
-This can be done using the normal
principal .
-In addition to that a pilot is used.
*What is the difference between
check valve and pilot operated
check valve?
-normal check valve allow the flow in one direction.
-p.o.check valve are unique In that they block the flow in
one direction ,like normal, but can be released as soon as
the right level of pilot pressure is applied.
Normal check valve
Pilot operated check valve
Pilot operated check valve
 -Advantiges
1-High pressure rating
2-virtually zero leakage
3-flixability of usage
Pilot operated check valve
Application
1-Agriculture machinery
2-Costruction machines
3-General mechanical engineering
Valves that contain three ports are
called three-way valve
Two positions 3-way valves
Mixing three way valve
Diverting three-way valve
Symbols:
 A 3-way valve is normally provided with an electrical,
pneumatic or thermal actuator to control the ratio of
mixing or diverting . Some applications does not
require high accuracy such as mixing hot and cold
water , while other applications like food and
pharmaceutical industrys.
