This presentation guides you through the DMAIC methodology that encompasses Lean, Six Sigma and ToC initiatives. There are five key stages of DMAIC. D = Design, where do you want to be? Create and communicate your vision, mission and objectives. M = Measure. What is to be measured and how? A = Analyse, what business process is to be analysed. Which process if changed would reap the biggest benefit? I = Improve, where are the improvements going to be made, what are the ideas and how will they be evaluated against your key objectives? C = Control, how are you going to control your process and people within it to ensure that they stick to the new way of doing things, what error proofing techniques can be built?
