What else am I meant to do? I’m bored.
Aneris:
We’re here to prepare for tonight, not become friends. You get that
right?
Joseph:
Prepare? How does a picnic help us prepare?
Aneris:
We could enjoy the scenery, have some nice food, we’re going to be
tired later.
Eric:
What’s scenery got to do with this? We are trying to find five flags!
Joseph:
Not gonna lie, but this riddle is stupid, so can we please just solve
it?

3. *Scene cuts to a pond where faith’s reflection is seen walking and she
joins the others on the carpet. They greet her before the scene cuts to
the narration.*
Narration:
“I die one time, every year, but time strengthens me.”
“What always runs but never walks, often murmurs, never talks, has a
bed but never sleeps, has a mouth but never eats?”

The scene opens with black screen before cutting on a close up of faith.
She comes out of unconsciousness with a gasp. Her head turns from side to
side nervously observing every corner of the woods. She is alone, covered
in dirt and blood.
