Fiscus Plus will create special purpose entities to receive funding from the Fiscus treasury and Treasury Plus program. It will allocate 30% of funds to secure investments and 70% to directly fund various on-chain opportunities. This aims to balance risk by having a safety net from secure investments while funding more abstract opportunities.

There is a premise that the on-chain world moves at a faster pace than the off-
chain world. This premise has been accepted by most as true. Anyone new to the
on-chain world realized the efficiency, accuracy, and speed of on-chain very
quickly. It may have started with our first bitcoin transaction, which seems archaic
now in comparison to the speed at which chain transactions are now executed.
However, we all realized the speed advantage as a major one.
The on-chain element of speed does not stop there. The speed of transactions is
only limited by our choices, the human element. This same human element is what
slows down the deployment of capital into projects, ideas, communities, and
members.
The slower that capital is deployed, the greater the opportunities and opportunity
cost missed. It is not enough to deploy capital for fully formed teams, ideas, and

How?
Inside of Fiscus Center, the Fiscus Plus program is structured to fund and
provide capital to new and existing on-chain projects, on-chain
ideas/strategies, communities, and members. Fiscus Plus incentivizes holders
of the FISC token with stablecoin rewards and is all-chain from inception.
(Projects, protocols, ideas, strategies, communities, and members from all
chains are eligible for financing under Fiscus Plus).
Structurally, Fiscus Plus creates a special purpose entity (SPE), assigns a
management team, inclusive of both professional managers and community
members. The entity will receive funding utilizing the core Fiscus structure
(treasury provided set-aside) and the new Treasury Plus program.
30% of Fiscus Plus funding received will be placed in structured investments
(on and off-chain) to provide debt service for the debt of the entire entity.
70% will fund projects/protocols, ideas/strategies, communities, and
individuals.

How will Fiscus Plus receive funding approval for such radical notions?
Simply put, we mix the abstract with the concrete. As mentioned, 30% of
Fiscus Plus funding will be placed in financial vehicles to provide debt service
for the debt of the entity as a whole. 70% will fund the stated objectives
allowing a concrete safety net to exist to offset the funding into more abstract

What about Revenue from Fiscus Plus?
The revenue from Fiscus Plus provides benefits for not only NFT Holders and the
Fiscus Treasury, but also provides three new elements to the Fiscus ecosystem:

6. FISC Holders receive stable coin rewards
FISC holders will be rewarded for holding FISC. This mechanism is separate from
staking FISC and as such, remains beyond the issuance of all FISC tokens (maximum
supply). FISC holders receive stablecoins (claimable via dAPP) for holding FISC. The
FISC holder reward pool receives 20% of Fiscus Plus revenue. A snapshot will be
utilized in combination with Chainlink’s VRF (upon release on Avalanche) to record
both FISC holder wallets and balances.
Treasury Plus (stablecoin staking at 125.22% APY)
Treasury Plus will initially be utilized within Fiscus Plus (in Fiscus Central). In a nutshell,
Treasury Plus allows stablecoin staking per cycle (currently 30 days). The staked
stablecoins are utilized for the set-aside required for Fiscus Plus funding. The Treasury
Plus liquidity pools will have limits based upon total volume of funding needed per
cycle with these limits increasing over time. Treasury Plus provides an additional
mechanism for Fiscus Treasury utility, without sacrificing the Fiscus Treasury ROI.
Fiscalite Introductions
From the beginning of Fiscus, we have spoken about galvanizing the Fiscus
community to bring projects forth to receive funding. Fiscus Plus organizes this
process and compensates Fiscus community members that bring forth team
members of on-chain projects, ideas/strategies, communities, and individual
members. Compensation is based on the successful introduction, inclusion, and
funding of a project, idea, strategy, community, or member into the Fiscus Plus
program. Compensation includes a fixed percentage reward at closing and a revenue
