WHAT IS CLUE?
A sign or some information that
helps you to find the answer to
a problem, question, or
mystery.
CONTEXT CLUES
CONTEXT CLUES are words
that appear in sentences to
help understand the
meanings of difficult words.
WHAT IS DIFFICULT OR
UNFAMILIAR WORD?
If something is unfamiliar to you, you
know nothing or very little about it,
because you have not seen or
experienced it before.
The teacher praised Sarah's
meticulous work, highlighting
her attention to detail.
Unfamiliar Word
