international purchasing and logistics provider, First Corp offers service like: warehousing, loading, distribution, customs clearance,
freight forwarding, currency exchange and all the one-stop-service from placing order to delivery.
First Corp is a truly global logistics company, with our professional experience and a well-established reputation as the leading service
provider to ASEAN(Association of Southeast Asian Nations).
First Corp is a national Ministry of foreign trade and economic cooperation the formal approval of the international freight forwarding
enterprises. The company since its establishment in 2011, dedicated to ASEAN.
By now, we have great relation with shipping lines as: EMC, CNC，MCC，COSCO，OOCL，ZIM，HMM，TSL，MOL, CSCL. For
the air shipment, we have strong relationship with UPS, TG, AK to South Asia.
First Corp is always fighting for the owner of the contract tariff advantages, through the small profits and quick turnover and integrity of
management, in order to reduce logistics cost for customer and win the trust from them.
Now we already have two offices in Shenzhen, one office in Guangzhou, one office in Fujian, one office in Yunnan, one warehouse in
Shenzhen, one warehouse in Guangzhou, and one warehouse in Fujian.
By now First Corp has more than 45 employees. Although First Corp is not a very big company in China, we work very hard and grow
up steadily.

I. Ocean Freight
FCL SERVICE——First Corp logistics has long-term relationship with shipping lines: EMC, CNC, MCC,

LCL SERVICE——Our LCL service covers all major ports and inland cities of China.
II. Air Freight
Our excellent air freight service helps customers deliver their cargo ex China to the world, with guarantee
of fast, safe and efficient.
We provide one-stop air service, cargo pick-up, customs broking, customs supervision transport and
airplane chartering. We provide air service for import and export in all major airports in China, including:
Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Hong Kong.

III. Road Trucking
To meet clients’ demands, First Corp logistics offers dedicated and individual delivery services through
out China.. We can do truck / trailer transportation. Deliver goods by truck / trailer between client's
warehouse and dock, warehouse and warehouse, etc.
• To receive and carry goods from all corners, indiscriminately;
• To carry the goods safely;
• To carry by customary route without deviating from it unnecessarily;
• To obey instructions of the consignor;
• To deliver the goods within the agreed time at the stipulated place.
IV. DDP Service
Guangzhou is an international market; many importers/buyers come to Guangzhou to buy things directly.
We opened new service as LCL DDP till buyer’s door. This is one-stop-service from warehouse to door.
No need document fee, no need export license, no need customs clearance fee, only pay O/F, we will
send all the cargo till the place you stipulated.
DDP service makes international buying cheaper and easier.

V. Out-Of-Gauge Containers Transfer
FIRST CORP LOGISTICS’s services cover all manner of out of gauge and heavy lift shipments. We use specialized container equipment
such as flat racks, platforms and open top containers. Stuffing and lashing of the cargoes are also carried out professionally by ensuring
the quality of Materials used for lashing the cargoes.

I. Purchasing Agent
As a Purchasing Agent China, we take care of whole process, including:

II. Cargo Inspection
As a China Inspection Company, we guarantee quality by below actions:
1.Establish inspection guidelines per approved samples.

III. Pay Balance
As we all know, many buyers they come to China in the Canton Fair, they place order and pay deposit there.
If they do not want to come to China again, when the cargo is ready, we can help to pay the balance to factory, and inspect the cargo.
We can send the container to factory, after inspecting the cargo, we can load the cargo into container, and then pay the balance.
By doing this, we can save the cost and time for client, we can also make sure the safety of client’s cargo and money.

I. Customs Clearance Service
We have long-term cooperated customs broker in Yantian port, Shekou port, Qingshuihe warehouse and
other ports which can apply for the import and export customs declaration and even some special cargo
customs clearance service.
We can issue certificate like: Commodity Inspection, Phytosanitary, FORM E, FORM A, C/O, certificate of
fumigation, etc.
II. Import and Export Agent
Many suppliers in China, they do not have import and export license, they are only the manufacture and
do not know about trading. We can help client to do the import and export issue, including receive foreign
currency, tax refund and customs clearance. We have our trading company to be the shipper or
consignee. When factories do export, our trading company can be the shipper, and we help to receive the
money, do tax refund and others; when importers does not have import license, our trading company can
be the consignee, and we help to do the import clearance, pay tax and other related arrangement.

We offer inland transportation from normal cargo to big equipment. We have low-floor
truck, 0.4m、0.6m、0.8m、1m.
With low-floor, we can transport over-height cargo, as we all know, the road always has a
height limited.
Some cargo are too high to use normal truck.

This is a very complicated case. We help a four star hotel in Malaysia to
buy all the decoration parts in a very short and urgent time, including
