This document summarizes the fire restoration of a commercial apartment building and pub that included 12 apartment units and a restaurant lounge. The restoration involved redesigning one apartment unit to add additional rental income, gutting and modernizing kitchen cabinets and counters in another unit, immediately deodorizing and cleaning smoke damage in common areas using odor control technology, installing temporary doors to isolate heavily damaged units from occupied units, and quickly cleaning and drying the lounge to allow it to reopen for St. Patrick's Day business using air scrubbers, dehumidifiers, and air movers.
