0  Purpose of Plan 
The purpose of this business plan is to support the Principal Applicant (PPPPAAA)’s, PPPPAAA, application 
for the Owner‐Operator Labour Market Impact Assessment. 
1  Executive Summary 
Active fire‐fighting cause problems for people, assets, and the environment. In fact, many of today’s fire 
suppressants are ineffective and not environmentally friendly. Yet PPPPPAAA (PPPPAAAA) has the ideal 
fire solution: the PPPPPAAA (PPPPAAAA).  
PPPPAAAA is a PPPPPAAA based fire safety solutions company. PPPPAAAA’s goal is to provide eco‐friendly 
and people friendly fire protection for all PPPPPAAAs. PPPPAAAA’s key success factors include top rated 
fire safety product, an experienced leader, and robust sales and distribution channels. PPPPAAAA’s will 
have  several  milestones:  obtain  PPPPPAAA  (PPPPPAAA)  certification,  achieve  PPPPPAAA  (PPPPPAAA) 
listing, build a ###‐square foot factory, etc. 
PPPPAAAA’s flagship PPPPAAAA will be produced in PPPPPAAA and distributed in canisters, pails, and 
totes. Canisters will be for retail customers and totes and pails will recharge asset sprinkler systems. 
PPPPAAAA has secured trademarks and patents, because PPPPAAAA is so effective that it is unmatched 
in eco‐ and user friendliness. PPPPAAAA will sell over the web or direct to businesses, e.g. cold calls, 
demonstrations.  
PPPPAAAA will primarily target PPPPPAAA commercial real estate and retail consumers. This market is 
expanding because many factors, e.g. global warming and urbanization, are increasing the damage that a 
single fire incident can cause. In addition, the cost of battling natural disasters is rising and the world 
needs more resource effective solutions. PPPPAAAA has realized that few companies have or are able to 
address the need for a quick acting people and eco‐friendly fire solution. The estimated addressable 
market could be $$$$ or more. 
Imperative to PPPPAAAA’s success is a strong core team. A team of senior business people and bilingual 
staff will aid PPPPAAAA. However, PPPPAAAA relies on the PPPPAAA, the largest shareholder and investor, 
because the PPPPAAA has the requisite skills, knowledge, and capital to propel PPPPAAAA to success. The 
PPPPAAA having witnessed many mine fires and wanted a better solution. The PPPPAAA became familiar 
with PPPPAAAA and its representative and decided to capitalize on   underdeveloped fire 
safety market. 
The PPPPAAA will fund PPPPAAAA in two stages. The PPPPAAA’s first $$$ investment will be on due 
diligence, certification, customer development, operation expenses, and site selection. The PPPPAAA’s 
second $$$$$$ investment will go towards a production facility and machine and operation expenses. 
Over ## years, PPPPAAAA plans to create ## PPPPPAAA jobs and transfer fire suppression knowledge, 
technology, and skills to PPPPPAAAs. PPPPAAAA’s largest weakness is that the PPPPAAA is indispensable. 
Moreover, several risk factors, e.g. human efforts, can affect PPPPAAAA, but PPPPAAAA will develop

2  Business Overview 
2.1  Company Summary 
PPPPAAAA is a fire safety solutions company dedicated to providing eco‐friendly, user safe fire safety 
solutions. PPPPAAAA’s flagship product is the eco‐ and people friendly PPPPAAAA. PPPPAAAA’s office is 
located at ######. 
2.2  Strategic Objectives 
In the short term, PPPPAAAA wants to fulfil all its success milestones. PPPPAAAA’s mission is to protect 
people, assets, and the environment in the most green and safe way. PPPPAAAA’s vision is that people, 
assets, and the environment will not suffer harm because of fires. Thus, the long‐term goal is to reduce 
the harm done to people, assets, and the environment by ###% using the PPPPAAAA system. 
2.3  Keys to Success 
PPPPAAAA will be well‐positioned to succeed with a few elements. 
 Top rated fire safety product that protects people, assets, and the environment 
 Multiple protections on intellectual property in Canada and internationally 
 Certification and acceptance of product and product manufacturing 
 Cohesive, experienced, and dedicated executive team members led by a quality entrepreneur 
 Strong sales and distribution channels to retail and commercial customers 
2.4  Success Milestones 
1. PPPPAAAA will apply to the PPPPPAAA for fire safety classification and will seek other certifications. 
2. PPPPAAAA will apply to the PPPPPAAA government’s PPPPPAAA. 
3. PPPPAAAA will identify and select the factory site, factory, and production equipment. 
4. At  the  same  time,  PPPPAAAA  will  conduct  market  research  and  develop  marketing  for  target 
customers. Concurrently, PPPPAAAA will be forming a sales team in the fire safety industry. 
5. PPPPAAAA will hold private demonstrations of the PPPPAAAA to key influencers. Thus far, initial 
responses have been overwhelmingly positive.

 Trade shows and conferences 
 Procurement executives in finance, insurance, and real estate 
 
PPPPAAAA will schedule a fire demonstration with Intertek.

7. PPPPAAAA’s sales and distribution channels will be developed: mainly web sales and targeted sales. 
PPPPAAAA should reach this stage within ###  months. At this point, the PPPPAAA will have spent

8. During the next couple of years, PPPPAAAA will expand its head count, including hiring a production 
team  and  hiring  more  employees.  In  addition,  PPPPAAAA  will  spend  more  on  capital  assets:  e.g. 
leasehold improvements, security equipment, etc. The PPPPAAA has allocated $$$$ for this phase. 
9. In the future, PPPPAAAA will be expanding to the PPPPPAAA and PPPPPAAA. As well, PPPPAAAA will 
be in a strong position to licence its technology to other downstream companies. The PPPPAAAA may 
have applications in industrial production, lubrication, or data centre cooling. 
3  Products and Services 
3.1  Product Features and Benefits

utility patents with respect to the PPPPAAAA:

3.3  Competition Analysis 
There are less than ### competitions in the eco‐friendly fire suppressant space.

extinguish fires while breaking down pollutants with its patented bacteria mix. Neither companies have 
really optimized their digital strategy and PPPPPAAA wide distribution and customer service or support. 
Other competitors’ products can be found on ##### or another e‐commerce website; however, they have 
simply not been able to prevent re‐ignition or stop fires of a certain temperature. 
PPPPAAAA aims to fill in the gaps left by other competitors in the people and eco‐friendly fire safety space. 
In addition, PPPPAAAA will focus on western PPPPPAAA as that area is underserved by other competitors 
in the space. 
4  Sales and Marketing Strategy 
4.1  Sales and Distribution Method 
PPPPAAAA’s flagship product is the PPPPAAAA, which will be distributed in two product lines: canisters 
and serum. 
PPPPAAAA  will  develop  canisters  for  retail  consumers  for  convenient,  portable  fire  protection.  The 
canister will be an aerosol bottle with ##### of PPPPAAAA. The canister is easy to fill and works in virtually 
all situations, ideal for the kitchen or camping trips. 
Customers can recharge building sprinkler systems with PPPPAAAA, which comes in pails and totes. Hydra‐
NT’s PPPPAAAA is so powerful that a 1.6%w/w PPPPAAAA mixture is capable of handling Class A, B, C, D, 
and  K  fires.  PPPPAAAA  will  also  provide  sprinkler  apparatuses  for  qualifying  PPPPPAAA  commercial 
customers. The net result—PPPPAAAA protected buildings extinguish fires with less water and less time, 
which  protects  property  and  the  environment.  Customers  and  professionals  can  easily  recharge 
PPPPAAAA into existing fire extinguishers or fire sprinkler systems without extra equipment or training. 
In addition, PPPPAAAA may enter into cooperation agreements with licensed fire safety professionals to 
provide asset protection services. 
4.2  Marketing Method 
For the retail segment, PPPPAAAA will mainly use e‐commerce to sell its products. As such, social media 
marketing and websites will emphasize PPPPAAAA’s ability to protect people, assets, and the environment 
in the most green and safe way. Whenever possible, PPPPAAAA will use relevant events to illustrate how 
PPPPAAAA could have protected people, assets, or the environment. PPPPAAAA will incentivize customers 
to act and protect their loved ones with contests, surveys, etc. 
For the commercial segment, PPPPAAAA will use a more personalized approach. This includes cold‐calling, 
arranging demonstrations, presenting at exhibitions, etc. This includes holiday greetings and reminders.

6.3  PPPPAAA’s Recognition of Business Opportunity 
The PPPPAAA was a key director and senior manager in the PPPPPAAA coal mining and coal washing 
industry. As a result, the PPPPAAA routinely witnessed many mine fires. The PPPPAAA realized that the 
deployed  fire  suppressant  technology  was  not  only  ineffective,  but  was  neither  environmentally  nor 
people friendly. The PPPPAAA was certain that a better fire suppressant could be formulated. In #####, 
the PPPPAAA attended a PPPPPAAA demonstration of fire safety products and encountered PPPPAAAA’s 
representatives from PPPPPAAA. Many meetings and demonstrations afterwards, the PPPPAAA became 
familiarized with PPPPAAAA’s potential as a fire suppressant, especially PPPPAAAA’s ability to cool fuel or 
“cutting fluid” in mine fires. Subsequently, the PPPPAAA realized PPPPAAAA’s potential to save lives, 
assets, and the environment in North America. Although PPPPAAAA’s technology was already used in 
PPPPPAAA,  ’s active fire protection still comprised mainly on conventional technologies, 
e.g. low adoption of mist sprinklers. While the PPPPAAA was impressed by PPPPAAAA’s portability and 
ease  of  use,  the  PPPPAAA  felt  the  largest  breakthrough  of  PPPPAAAA’s  technology  would  be  in  the 
sprinkler systems protecting commercial and private assets. Forest firefighters would also benefit from 
PPPPAAAA.  Therefore,  the  PPPPAAA  decided  to  start  a  PPPPPAAA  fire  safety  company,  which  used 
PPPPAAAA’s  advanced  technology.  In  #####,  the  PPPPAAA  registered  PPPPAAAA  in  PPPPPAAA  and 
decided the next step was to obtain product certifications and listings, develop the customer base, select 
business sites, perform due diligence, and begin marketing. Should Immigration, Refugee, and Citizenship 
PPPPPAAA  and  Employment  and  Social  Development  PPPPPAAA  allow  the  PPPPAAA  to  perform  the 
necessary business exploration work, the PPPPAAA will be in a better position to build a facility and create 
many green manufacturing jobs for PPPPPAAAs and permanent residents. 
6.4  PPPPAAA’s Role and Importance to Project 
The PPPPAAA is well qualified to be PPPPAAAA’s Owner‐operator. The PPPPAAA has worked in industries 
that directly experience frequent fires and fully understands the scope of the problem and how PPPPAAAA 
can address those obstacles. In addition, the PPPPAAA has been a senior manager in chemical production 
companies and has developed a deep understanding of chemical production and executive management. 
Moreover, the PPPPAAA is risking significant amounts of capital, i.e. approximately $$$$ in the first stage, 
to  explore  PPPPAAAA’s  business  viability.  Thus,  the  PPPPAAA  will  be  using  capital,  experience,  and 
business acumen to make PPPPAAAA a viable PPPPPAAA business. Below are some of the PPPPAAA’s 
career highlights.  
 Determined composition and roles of upper level management for ##### 
 Liaised and maintained key business relationships with governments, professionals, associations, 
etc. as #####’s senior representative 
 Determined and authorized financial policies, e.g. annual revenue targets, sales goals, etc., for

The PPPPAAA needs to be in PPPPPAAA to facilitate all aspects of PPPPAAAA. Given that PPPPAAAA is a 
new venture, it is necessary that the PPPPAAA be in PPPPPAAA to assess PPPPAAAA’s commercial viability. 
In addition, as the face of the company, the PPPPAAA needs to lend credibility to PPPPAAAA by personally 
meeting  customers  and  key  influencers.  By  denying  the  PPPPAAA  entry  into  PPPPPAAA  to  work,

PPPPAAAA’s decision making and information analysis will be severely hampered and milestones might 
not be fulfilled or severely delayed. If should be stressed that if the PPPPAAA is unable to capitalize on the

jobs for PPPPPAAA and permanent resident may not materialize. 
As the majority shareholder and Owner‐Operator of PPPPAAAA, the PPPPAAA will have many daily duties. 
 Right size the work force composition including managers, staff and delegates  
 Allocate or acquire resources, personnel, and materials to effectuate policies and goals 
 Represent the company or delegates representatives to official functions and other events 
 Determine  company  wide  policies  and  strategy  based  on  market  conditions  and  company 
resources 
 Create company objectives and set appropriate metrics 
Naturally, the PPPPAAA will be assisted by bilingual staff and a team of experts in various disciplines. 
6.4  PPPPAAAA’s Projected Benefit to PPPPPAAA 
The  PPPPAAA  will  make  two  separate,  personal  investments.  Initially,  the  PPPPAAA  will  invest 
approximately $$$$ towards market research, customer development, certifications, site selection, and 
due  diligence.  After  confirming  certifications  and  approvals,  the  PPPPAAA  will  invest  an  additional 
approximately $$$$ to build the factory and begin production of PPPPAAAA. In the first year, PPPPAAAA 
will create at least ##### full‐time jobs, with benefits, of various positions for PPPPPAAA citizens and 
permanent residents. As well, PPPPAAAA will base its production facility in PPPPPAAA; thus, bringing 
renewed interest in the PPPPPAAA green manufacturing industry, which has not seen strong growth for a
