In a licensing relationship the licensee generally obtains the rights to use
proprietary data, technology or trademarks from the company from which
products or services can be offered to the public whilst being free of
operational obligations and onerous royalty fees.

licensee will focus its business on recruiting new licensees and managing its

In a licensing relationship the licensee generally obtains the rights to use proprietary data, technology or trademarks from the company from which products or services can be offered to the public whilst being free of operational obligations and onerous royalty fees. The licence structure adopted by Fine & Country allows the entrepreneur to utilize the intellectual property of the brand and its marks to enhance their business whilst retaining the freedom of operating their business independently.
