PURPOSE
SIGNIFICANCE
OUTCOMESMETHODOLOGY
Digital binders are an enhanced way of
organizing and editing documents while
ensuring added security.
2 digital binders pertaining to Conversion
Disorder (D/O) will be constructed for
use at the outpatient rehab.
Programs geared towards the
management process are fairly new, but
research shows Occupational Therapy
and Physical Therapy are vital
components.
25% of patients seen at the outpatient
rehab believe other health issues are
contributing to or do not fully
understand their symptoms.
Both binders can be privately shared,
edited, and printed via many file
formats.
Thank you to Kristen Digiacomo, Shaloo
Choudhary, Mary Jo Bronson, and
Kamila Pavezzi for all their guidance,
support, and feedback.

To later asses the effectiveness of the
binders, 2 surveys were created.
