ABSTRACT
• A web form is a medium that allows your visitors
to get in contact with you and to send information,
such as an order, a catalog request, or even a
query, which is passed on to your database. On
some websites, information that is submitted
through web forms is transferred directly to the
company e-mail.
INTRODUCTION
• An online form is an interactive web page form
that allows the user to input information. Once
they hit the Submit button, their form responses
are sent to servers for processing, where it can
be analyzed and evaluated.

Technological advancements in this era of
digitalization along with being a boon to the world
have been advantageous to the educational
sector too. The introduction of online exam
application form replaced the conventional
system of assessment.
The various examination conducting agencies are
now able to evaluate the application forms freely
and cost-effectively through computer-based
systems.
